Fantastic experience. Well organised. The boat is very big - although there are many other guests, there is more than enough space for everyone. Great food, good vibe, lovely staff.

There was a bit of a miscommunication regarding the cabana booking policy, but Fiona, our guide, was able to fix it and accommodate us. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it for families with kids as well. We went with a 2-year-old, and everything was perfect to keep her busy. The team was also very attentive and provided great customer service. All in all we had an amazing time

Very well organized, excellent crew. great spread and unlimited soft drinks. Swimming in the Andaman Sea was a great experience, very safe. Canoeing was a great experience. Overall, a great family trip was enjoyed by everyone.

Brilliant day out, great food, helpful efficient staff. For the short rain shower they even handed out raincoats. Beautiful scenery and great fun. Would not recommend for families with small children.

This was a comfortable and relaxed tour visiting James Bond Island. The boat and amenities were great. It didn’t not feel crammed or packed, we had perfect amount of space on the boat. It’s like traveling on a small commercial yacht. The food was pretty good and the activities were fun overall. The best way I would describe it is if you are looking for a comfortable cruise visiting James Bond Island, this is the tour for you! Perfect tour to do after doing some of the more hectic tours like Phi Phi, this is a nice way to relax. I would definitely do this tour again. The main downside in my opinion is this tour was missing one more swimming/snorkeling activity in a more scenic spot. The whole trip only has 1 swimming activity for 30 minutes in a random location with very basic scenery. This would be 5 stars had there been a stop at a more scenic snorkeling location or a nicer beach location.

Had an enjoyable day, great food and amenities on board. Staff were great 👍 and very helpful. An expensive way to do trip but very comfortable compared to doing by a long tail boat. So worth the extra cost.

My husband and I had a great time. Food was delicious and drinks were good. I just wished we had more time on each activity but it was totally worth it. The crew did a fantastic job at keeping us safe and well taking care of.

Overcrowded “luxury” cruise – more Ibiza-style floating canteen than sightseeing We booked this James Bond catamaran trip because the description promised a luxurious experience with a beach stop, kayaking and a visit to James Bond Island. After being picked up by a “VIP” taxi, we were dropped at a very run-down waiting area before boarding the shuttle bus to the catamaran, which felt like a poor start to a supposedly luxury trip. In reality, there were around 90 people on board and it felt crowded and noisy the whole day. We had allocated tables with tight bench seating, and in our case we were seated facing backwards, which was another negative. Each table seats six people – three facing forwards and three facing backwards – so where you end up can really affect your experience. We spent a lot of the day sitting there. The “shared” sun loungers, large cushions and sofa-style seats that were supposed to be for everyone were always full, except briefly at sunset when a few people moved to take photos, and people left their bags on them to reserve them, even though they were told not to. Getting in and out of the bench seats was tight and awkward, and overall it felt less like a luxury cruise and more like a “Tenerife hotel, first towel down” situation. If you do go, it’s worth trying to get on the first shuttle bus and sit near the back, as those passengers seemed to be taken to the boat first and had a better chance of getting seats facing the direction of travel and next to their partner. There was only one “beach” stop at Lawa Beach. From the description, I thought we’d be taken onto the beach itself and have time on the sand and swimming in shallow water. In reality, “swimming off Lawa Beach” meant a small cordoned-off area in the water next to the boat. There was a section for swimmers only, with people diving from the first floor of the boat, a very small separate cordoned area for those needing to wear life jackets, and a water slide. The catamaran was too big to really take us onto the beach, so we didn’t actually spend time on the beach itself. It didn’t really offer any meaningful sightseeing – just a quick swim and splash around near the boat. Both lunch and dinner were buffet style; we queued up, collected our food and then took it back to the tables to eat. It felt like we were constantly being fed rather than actually out exploring or spending time on different beaches. The overall vibe was much more Ibiza-style floating canteen than calm sightseeing cruise. James Bond Island was also very disappointing. We were told we could only spend 30 minutes there, and we weren’t taken over until later in the day, when it was extremely crowded. Most of the area was in shade and the sand looked dark, wet and dirty. It felt rushed and underwhelming for the “headline” stop. The only good parts of the whole trip were the sunset and the kayaking, which were genuinely nice moments – but both are things you can experience on many other, smaller and quieter tours. Overall, I would not recommend this trip unless your main interest is crowds, noise and Ibiza-style party food and drink. If you are looking for a smaller group, quieter boat and an earlier start with more time spent at the actual sights and on the water rather than sitting at a table on a catamaran, I would choose Simba Sea Trips instead – their style of tour was much closer to what I’d expected and wanted.
