After picking travelers up from Hanoi old quarter, it takes 1,5 hours to depart from there to Ha Nam province to Have a short break there for 20-30 minutes. After that, 30-minute driving more to Mua cave.

5.00What can I say about this tour apart from WOW! Choosing a small group (9–11 people) made the experience intimate, relaxed, and truly special. Our guide, Mr Bob Vu, was exceptional. His depth of knowledge and animated personality kept everyone engaged throughout—I wasn’t bored for a single minute. I also want to personally thank Bob for going above and beyond when I suffered a sudden thigh cramp just before the boat ride. Thanks to his help and care, I didn’t miss out on any part of the experience. Everything was punctual and ran smoothly from start to finish. All admission fees are included, and the only extra money you’ll need is for personal expenses like drinks. Water is provided. Lunch buffet was fresh and tasted great. The climb at Mua Cave is challenging (the steps get steeper as you go), but the views at the top make it 100% worth the effort. The cycling portion was epic—the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. It truly felt like Ha Long Bay on land. The temple visit and historical insights were also excellent. The 2.5-hour boat ride was unforgettable and worth every minute. It felt like something straight out of a movie—and King Kong was filmed here. The local men and women who row the boats are incredibly kind and strong; please remember to tip them well. A big thank you to Bob and the rest of the group for such a fantastic day. Thanks to the small group size and everyone’s patience, I was even able to capture some great drone footage—something that wouldn’t have been possible with a larger tour. Overall experience: Sublime. Highly recommended! Thanks to our Sticky Rice family.

A very kind man who speaks very nicely about all the objectives, with very good English, who organized the objectives exactly for the good of everyone. He paid attention to every detail including the order in which we did the activities so we could enjoy every minute of the day. He is very energetic and talkative and you really find out a lot of stuff from him. Thank you for this experience!

5.00Bob was a really great guide. He speaks English very well and tries to emotionally connect with the group. He learns our names and helps us. For example, another member of the group and I got cramps during the tour and Bob got us chili salt to make it better. He is very patient and attentive and the entire experience was amazing. I highly recommend using this tour. He also recommended us restaurants to try in Hanoi.

He took us in a wonderful journey in Ninh Binh; while we were admiring the stunning landscapes and enjoying the peacefulness of the nature, he told us the history of Vietnam, letting us getting even more connected with this beaten country.
