First time solo trip, felt overwhelmed at first but my trip guide- MIKE, made me comfortable. Had the opportunity to know more about the history of these places. Great job by Mike.

Although a 12 hour trip it went quickly and was planned to perfection. Full family had a great time. I personally loved seeing the wildlife in their natural habitats and the costal views are just stunning.

The journey was very full. Because of the distance and the many small attractions. So it has to be early in the morning, and the short stay in each place. Understandable. The driver and tour guide is very nice and efficient. Pick me up at 6:30 a.m. and pick up the others. Picking up all the men left for the Great Ocean Road at about 7:10. Tired is a little tired, but it's a good way to hang out with everything.

It was a bit rushed- including only 40 mins for lunch - so you had to walk to your venue. Pick your lunch, wait for it to be cooked, eat it and rush back (no time to browse the shops). The same when we visited a beach - 10 mins- so we didn’t have time to find the beach, never mind visit it!

In general tour was nice, but I need more time at 12 Apostols. It was very short stop, otherwise it is the main sight on the route and is worth of spending more time on it

Melvin was terrific- he planned a great day with many interesting stops and lot of information. He was very organized and always informed us ahead of time on the timing of the stops and bathroom breaks. Well done Melvin.

The driver was great and connected to us and we got to know each other as we learn about each landmark. He supplied us with food such as chocolates and doritos which was great. He gave us many stops to relax and stretch our legs. Also, he gave us many stops to use the restroom which was awesome.

Received texts from the tour group confirming pickup the night before, including vehicle registration. Nice Mercedes Van arrived early driven by Mike. After all pickups we headed out. Mike explained the general plan for the day. Coffee and rest breaks were good. The vehicle was very comfortable. The coastal views are spectacular, and the 12 Apostles are beautiful. The other stops such as the Loch and rainforest show the diversity of the country. Mike knows the area well and guided us with information and assistance. Apollo Bay has many good lunch options and enough time to enjoy your food. We stopped in the countryside to view Koalas and again for Kangaroos. This is a good way to experience the Melbourne surroundings and learn about the Great Ocean Road.
