5.00The coach was very comfortable with glass roof as well as large windows giving great views along the way. Stan was a great host/driver.Amusing helpful informative.He was a very careful driver and looked after us all very well. The buffet was lovely and plentiful on the cruise. Definitely recommend this trip but it is a very long day-12.5hours!

5.00We headed off to Milford Sound on a full day tour, and wow, what a day it was!! Greg our bus driver was unbelievable, extremely knowledgeable and very funny! He made the trip even easier. We had ample time to stop and take photos along the way, with toilet breaks adequately spaced out! The boat ride for Milford Sound was also outstanding, the staff were extremely friendly and so helpful! Would 100% recommend this to anyone who is looking for a full day adventure! And I don’t know how you can, but ask to go with Greg, he’s the best!!

4.00The Sound itself and the tour were great. The costing of the tour was not. I booked in Australian dollars and got charged the same numerical amount in US dollars. I cancelled twice, having opted for one in euros apparently as well and thought it had come through in Australian dollars, but the final invoice said US$. I'm not happy that at that exchange rate, the tour cost me the price of another person! Will not be using TripAdvisor again because of this.

5.00Long bus ride from Queenstown, but wonderful commentary by driver. Lovely stops en route to view some of the remarkable vistas along the way. Boat ride was amazing. We included the buffet lunch in our ticket, which was decent with lots of options. We were offered the opportunity to fly back to Queenstown. We took it and it was one of the best “last-minute” decisions we have ever made! Great staff! Great overall experience! Highly recommend!

4.00Do not book through Viator. I was charged $100 more than the other people on the tour bus. Great experience overall, I just feel a little ripped off considering all people shared the exact same experience.

3.00This was an ok experience. The bus ride was very long and frequent stops made the journey feel longer. There was nothing “luxury” about the experience. We were on the same bus and cruise as everyone else but we just paid more money. Not worth it. Better off with another lower cost option for Milford Sound.
