Driver was friendly, picked us up on time, nice vehicle, but spoke very little English. We tried to tell him we were staying at the Relais Fontana di Trevil hotel located next to the Fontana Fountain. He didn't understand, He spent over 1/2 hour in traffic to take us the Fountain and told us we would spend 45 minutes there. Was a waste for us. English speaking driver was not provided. We did things we did not want to, and did not get to do things we wanted to. He would put on pre-taped English information at a few sites. We managed, but it could have been so much better.

The driver was excellent. He had to go around some closed streets as race for the cure was going on at the same time we were being driven around the different sights.

Really easy my daughter is in a wheelchair and we managed very well. Driver extremely accommodating , lovely day round Rome even though it was really busy due to the centenary

Very professional the moment I booked with Viator. Giorgia was very communicative and we were able to plan our own schedule according to where we wanted to go. She was very clear on meeting time and spot. Tiziana met us off the ship, which was a bonus because I thought the tour only included a driver. Tiziana was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable on the sights. She communicated with our driver, Alberto, so she always knew where the car would be. This was money well spent, we didn’t have to waste time trying to figure out where to go, how to get around. The minibus was also clean and had air conditioning. Would highly recommend this company. My only suggestion to take it to the next level, if they provided bottled water on the minibus. We would definitely book with this tour again!!!
