This was our first time using a private van service, and I have to admit I was a bit nervous. There was lots of communication from the team before our pickup, and our driver Davide was great. We needed to change our meeting point due to a member of our party not feeling well, and he was able to accommodate us which really saved our trip. I highly recommend this.

This tour provided pick-up from our cruise ship in Civitavecchia that transported a mobility scooter to the Vatican. Davide, our tour guide was great! He arrived and returned us to our ship on time. We did site seeing of the Colosseum etc.. Thank you

Wow! Can’t speak of every driver, but Marco was AMAZING! Talk about personalized service. He took us to some of our requests and added some special local things! He was able to pull up right in front of each area and stop us off. We called it a “Marco Pass”😜 100% will recommend this tour and Marco to friends!

Bad experience, we booked the pick up for 8:00 AM, they contacted us to say that the pick up will be 10:30!!! As the operator offices were closed we couldn’t contact them until 6:30 that morning We spent 4 hours chatting and the initial response was that 8:00 was not possible but 9:00 could. We asked for 8:30 but waiting and chatting was worthless At 10:00 they asked us ti share the tour with other two people saying that that was the only option ti start the tour, at the end we waited for the two people and never showed up!!! And a tour presented as 9 hours was 6!!!! Frontera 10:30 to 16:30 Driver was really good but the experience with Viator guest service and with the operator eas terrible!!
