Must do experience!! Amazing tour of Hurulu Eco Park with tour guide, Tharu. Tharu was so informative, kind and considerate of the elephants and other tour groups. We went in April which is low season, starting at 11.30am so the park only had a few other tour groups. We saw over 20 elephants and it was such a magical experience. Tharu has been a tour guide for 7 years but is starting out with his own tour business so definitely do this experience and support him! He was really flexible in letting us stop at an ATM on the way so get cash for the park entry fee (only $5,000 LKR for 2 people at Hurulu)
