La Paz Department
At 7:00am (approximate time subject to flight itinerary) we'll pick you up from your hotel in La Paz and transfer to the International Airport of El Alto, Let's fly to Uyuni flight. After 45 minutes of flight,
Salar de Uyuni
We'll land at the International Airport of Uyuni, where you will meet your English speaking professional guide and private driver. First we'll eenjoy a delicious American buffet in one of the most popular cafes in the area Our adventure begins visiting an outdoor museum of ancient and impressive field trains.
Isla Incahuasi
Enter the Salar by Colchani where we will see the salt processing and piles of salt, visit the hotel salt, eyes water and continue downtown to visit the Incahuasi Island of volcanic rock and giant cactus and a top that climb it becomes extraordinary viewpoint of the white salt plain.
Tunupa Volcano
Then we'll go north, a distance of several kilometers to the Thunupa volcano. View of the Tunupa Volcano from the banks of the Salar de Uyuni and sighting of flamingos.
Colchani
After observing the impressive sunset on the Uyuni salt flat, we returned to Colchani to settle in the 4-star Salt Hotel. Located on the banks of the Uyuni salt flat, with spectacular views.

Salar de Uyuni
In the morning we go to the island fish and then continue to the Mala Mala Bay, at the opposite end of the Salar to head to Galaxy Cave, an extraordinary place where we can appreciate ancestral burials and petrified cactus.
Laguna Canapa
Visit Laguna Cañapa for see flamingos We arrived to Tayka Red Stone Hotel located in small town , where we will enjoy a unique dining experience with the flavors of regional food.
Laguna Hedionda
Named for the strong odor emanating from the minerals it contains where you can observe many varieties of flamingos. To the south are Cañapa gaps, Stinking, Chiarkota, Honda and Ramadita, where large numbers of flamingos can be founded. Other birds, such as geese and Andean gulls accompany the flamingos in these lagoons flanked by snow-capped volcanoes that have a green skirt down (brava straw yareta and thola).
Siloli Desert
Overnight at Hotel Tayka del Desierto, in private rooms with heating. Located in the Siloli desert.
Desierto de Siloli - Uyuni - La Paz (B, L)
Geiser Sol de la Manana
Departure from the Hotel at 5:30 am. At dawn we will go in search of known geysers Sol de Mañana. They arrive at the first rays of light. This is the highest point of the route, about 5000 m.
Aguas Termales De Polques
Hot springs of natural origin, from the Volcanoes, suitable for swimming and relaxing in this arid desert. The cold is intense. You will see pools where the land seems to boil red, gray and scarlet mud can be traversed by us in their own shores.

Laguna Colorada
So called because of its coloration that presents by the mineral and the algae that it contains inside
Laguna Verde
So called because of its coloration that presents by the mineral and the algae that it contains inside Laguna Verde, at the foot of the volcano Licancabur. We arrive at this lagoon just on time to see how the water go from emerald green to a duller. In return we stop for lunch at Laguna Colorada, main nesting center of the three species of flamingos and whose algae and plankton activated by solar radiation and wind give both pink lagoon as part of the legs and plumage these exotic birds.
Uyuni
After visiting these wonders, we return to Uyuni in private mobility that will transfer you directly to the airport and take the flight back to La Paz. The flight leaves at 7:30 pm and lasts 45 minutes.
La Paz
After a 45-minute flight, you will arrive in the city of La Paz, where you will be waiting for your private mobility for the transfer to the Hotel of your choice.

5.00Worth the money. Can just enjoy the ride and the views. Most of the area is without signage and off road so cannot imagine attempting to do this trip without a guide even with decent Spanish skills. Food is yummy. Accommodations are nice. Tour guide Soledad is knowledgeable and terrific at taking photos. Driver is amazing. The views and experience is awe inspiring. (Side note: altitude is real so take some acetazolamide or get to the area and acclimate for a few days. The trip takes you higher as you go further south.)

5.00Pick up from the hotel, reception at the airport and check in for the tour another small breakfast - everything worked wonderfully! Oscar as a guide is a real stroke of luck, he speaks excellent English, knows a lot about the land and people, knows a lot of animals and their habits, plants and geology - we have become richer by a lot of knowledge. The trip to the salt lake with lunch and sunset snack was fantastic, but was only the beginning of many highlights. Samuel as a driver was very prudent and a very attentive companion. With Oscar and Samuel we felt well looked after! The accommodations were excellent (you have to be aware of where you are- winter in Bolivia is very cold (-18*C) and in the solitude of the desert heating is not so well possible- were very happy for our down jackets!). Food on the go is better than in many restaurants - big praise to the ladies in the kitchen)! Last night we spent at the organization's hotel, superb room, which was only surpassed by the warmth of the staff! Not the cheapest tour, but certainly one of our most beautiful!

5.00My wife and I did a private Uyuni Salt Flats tour with Joker Expeditions. Company was very organised and took care of everything from start to end. We started tour from La Paz and a company member came our hotel lobby to guide us through the whole process. When we arrived in Uyuni, a driver and guide showed Uyuni Salt Flats (and surrounds) in the best way we could have imagined. They were very professional and very very helpful. They were more concerned about us having a good time than ourselves. We felt very safe and would highly recommend Joker Expeditions for anyone wanting to explore Uyuni Salt Flats in the most amazing way possible.

5.00We did the private luxury tour for 2.5 days and 2 nights. Everything was meticulously planned and taken care of from start to finish. We were with Sylvio (driver) and Omar (English speaking guide). They were very hospitable and attentive. Day 1- was Uyuni salt flats. They picked us from the airport and gave us a tour of train cemetery, and then we headed to the biggest cactus island and salt flats. They arranged a 3 course lunch in the middle of the salt flats! Even though it was freezing, we enjoyed a hot meal. Then we saw beautiful sunset and took a few pictures of the reflection. The night stay was at a 4 star hotel fully made of salt!! Day2- The next day we headed to the tallest geyser, red lagoon, beautiful river where we saw flamingos, alpacas and Bolivian country side. It was extremely windy that day. But, even then we enjoyed a hot meal (inside our car). We stayed at a boutique hotel Atipax, which was like staying at home. A few things to note- though everything is planned very well, you should be prepared to rough out a little. It gets extremely cold and windy sometimes. Also, you have to drive a lot to see nature in its prime. So be prepared. Carry a few essentials.
