5.00Natalie was an exceptional guide: friendly, organised and with a deep knowledge of the food culture of Lyon with its intricate ties with Lyon history, particularly the influence of the silk industry. Excellent selection of vendors and bouchon. The pacing of the tour was perfect. Special mention too to Thierry at the Crèmerie/Fromagerie who shared with us his love and his excellent knowledge of the wonderful world of French cheese. We highly recommend this tour!
