This unforgettable tour to the amazing Lysefjord is absolutely a must if you visit Stavanger! The 42 kilometer long fjord is flanked by steep mountains, some rising over 1000 meters. Visiting the fjord on board a seaworthy RIB is the most exciting way to explore the fjord from sea level.
The tour includes stops on the most beautiful parts of the fjord, including the famous Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen). You will be taken good care of by our experienced captains who have sailed in these water for many years.
You get to experience some of the most amazing nature Norway has to offer.

This was, hands down, the absolutely BEST excursion that I have ever done. The RIB boat was fantastic-- the clothes were comfortable, the seat secure, and leaving the harbor was easy. But then we took off at high speed, while Captain Alex played "Danger Zone," and I was ecstatic! Captain Alex was fantastic, told local stories with detail and humor, and hit high speeds with incredible 80s musical accompaniment. We all (family of 4, two kids ages 15 and 11) agreed that we loved sharing this experience, and that it allowed us to see Norway in a unique and thrilling way. Thank you, Captain Alex!!

Fredrick, our guide and driver, gave us a great ride. The RIB boats can really move and he showed off what they can do. He brought a great playlist for when the motors were too loud to hear talking. He told some good stories of Norway and Vikings, mostly true. We learned a lot of interesting history. They put you in full exposure suits in case of anything going wrong but dress warmly, especially your head and ears. And, wear the goggles.

This was an awesome experience! One of the best excursions we took in Norway. It was so much fun and allowed us to see so many sites, some up close. Our tour guide was amazing. We were suited up and did not get wet at all. The seats were comfortable and we had a place to store phone and other small items on the boat with us. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique way to tour the Fjords. Wish I could do it again!
