My family tour was booked with Leisure tour via Viator. There was a couple from Brazil didn’t comeback on time from break and we waited for 25 minutes. So the company told driver to move on to next place but we ended up picking them up by company’s decision from one hour away. as a result we didn’t complete at least half of our tour and stayed in van hours and no one say sorry. Leisure tour company doesn’t have any consideration for rest of guests, 9 people.

The driver was conscious of our need to return to our cruise and adjusted the experience accordingly.

Long bus ride out & back but well worth it for the views. Gorgeous! Definitely recommend including lunch since there are only two cafes in town. Our lunch was served as we arrived.

We loved the ride into the mountains into Arthur's Pass. The visit to the sheep farm was outstanding. Our guide, Jude, was awesome. I think the trip was rushed due to our late arrival into port. However, we knew the tour would be mostly spent driving to and from. No fault of the tour company or guide. The weather Gods were against us that day, as well. We grabbed a take away lunch to eat in the van on the way back.

The tour was, amazing, worth the long trip to the alia and sheep farm. Our guide Jude also really went out of her way to show, us all of the sites and included a, bonus trip to Christchurch on the way back.

Great tour, our guide Jude was very knowledgeable and the tour let us see different sides of the region. Lots of driving but with a good amount of stops.

Our guide, Jude, was great. She went out of her way to make sure that we saw all the sights we could and still make it back to our ship in time. Jude was an excellent driver and did a great job explaining what we were seeing and what we would be seeing before we got there. On the way back, time was close, but she made sure that we made it before our cruise All Aboard time. The trip to Arthur's Pass is a long drive, but the views are great. And the Sheep farm and shearing is worth seeing.

We had a wonderful tour with Graeme as our driver/guide. Yes, it is a long drive but the scenery is well worth it. We chose the pre-ordered lunch and both my husband and I enjoyed the selection. An added bonus was that we were able to see 2 keas outside the cafe. I must give kudos to Graeme for his patience with 2 of our fellow cruisers on the bus. They wanted to go to sites that apparently their third party vendor said was included but as Graeme pointed out it would possibly make us late for the last shuttle back to the ship. One of them constantly yelled out to finish Graeme's sentences. He handle all like a pro & managed to squeeze in one of their requests. I would certainly recommend this shore excursion by Leisure Tours.

Every stop was beautiful and this was one of our favorite stops in New Zealand! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly; we strongly recommend this experience to anyone stopping in Lyttleton.
