Avoid Viator for transport

1.00Please avoid purchasing your transport speedboat journey with Viator. The directions are wrong (map indicated to get boat in centre of Malé) the speedboats are at the airport. Once we got on board we were forced to pay for our tickets again or get off the boat. Despite showing Icom crew our clearly bought & paid for tickets there was a breakdown of communication between Viator & Icom. After paying twice for the same service, we complained to Viator who dismissed our claims. We had to visit the Icom office to get our proof of payment receipt and even then it took several attempts to get a refund. I would strongly suggest booking any transfers via your hotel or Icom directly and dont waste your time with a 3rd party like this.

1.00What a mess, despite having tickets, we were not on the list The girl overseeing was a joke - and I mean a joke, rather than deal with us, she was much more interested in trying to get extra money if those without tickets Got on, but had to fight our way Have got to get back yet - god help us
