The entrance ticket to Machu Picchu is non-refundable and date changes or modifications are not accepted.
MAGICAL CUSCO will issue your entry ticket in circuit 2 as priority. If it is not available, circuit 3 or 1 will be assigned, prior coordination with the passenger before issuance. Entry tickets to Machu Picchu

What To Expect
Plaza Regocijo (Kusipata)
The tour begins with pickup from your hotel in the city of Cusco to the Ollantaytambo station, where you will take the train at the previously established time. During the train ride, you can enjoy a panoramic journey through impressive Andean landscapes, culminating at the Aguas Calientes station (Machu Picchu Pueblo).
Aguas Calientes
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will be greeted by our professional guide or support staff, who will provide you with the necessary instructions to begin your guided tour.

5.00From start to finish this team was amazing and delivered an amazing experience. First they arrived bright and early for pick up then walked us through the next steps to meet our guide in aguas calientes. David knew all the steps around the town and the ruins. So knowledgeable. Karen and Mario greeted us upon our train arrival back into Ollaytambo. WOW we had an amazing day and would highly recommend this team.
