We took this walking tour upon our arrival to Madrid, and it was extremely helpful to help acclimate us to the city. Our tour guide, Pablo, was very knowledgeable about Madrid and the history of Spain. I highly recommend this tour.

We are a family of several elderly adults, several middle aged adults and two young children (ages 4 and 8). Organizing the tour was easy. The email correspondence was prompt and clear. We prepaid for the tour (which always makes me nervous) but all went perfectly smooth. In the few days leading up to the tour, we received very clear Whats App messages as reminders and an introduction to our guide. On the morning of our tour, our guide messaged us upon arrival to our hotel and even arrived a bit early! Our guide, Yanni, was very friendly. His English was excellent. He even had maps and visual aids to help us understand the geography and history. He was very interactive with the kids and welcomed all of our random questions. His knowledge was impressive. We all had a great time. And Yanni kindly also answered a few extra questions via what’s app in the days after the tour to complete a great stay! Highly recommend! Very professional and enjoyable! Great experience from initial inquiry to end without any stress or errors. Highly recommend!

We took the Letango Private Walking Tour in Madrid that ended with a tour of the Palacio Real. Our guide, Leticia, was amazing and fun. Our family (group of 5) had a wonderful time. The tour included a walk-through historic neighborhood that ended at the Palacio Real. Leticia did an outstanding job talking about history and the arts in a fun and relaxing way. We couldn’t believe that we walked and talked for 4 hours. We took the tour the day after arriving in Madrid and it was the perfect way to start our vacation. Thank YOU!

Me and my wife arranged a private tour of Spain with Letango. Carlos (founder Letango) came up with an amazing well organized itinerary detailing every minute detail on an online app. He worked closely with me to listen to my requirements and tailor the itinerary accordingly. Very prompt, quick and courteous. The hotels booked were top notch, right in the middle of the city with access to local attractions and restaurants/cafes within walking distance. Train tickets were booked with access to online tickets. No need to print those. And, more importantly, best local guides were chosen to give us a well scheduled private tour. We went from Barcelona to Seville to granada yo Toledo to Madrid and back to Barcelona. Rocio ( Spain country tour manager) would setup a WhatsApp group including us, the driver, the guide and Carlos for every leg of the journey. This was to make sure that everyone was on the same page and everything went according to the schedule. If we had any questions on the city or the itinerary, everyone would jump in and answer our questions. Everything was well paced with plenty of personal time to explore the city and experience the local culture on our own. We enjoyed every moment of our tour. Everything went according to plan. But on the last day, while returning from Spain, my hand luggage was stolen at the Barcelona airport. The bag had my passports in it. So, I panicked. The tour was over but I still sent a message to Letango team to tell them what had happened. To my pleasant surprise, Rocio, Carlos and Juan all sprung into action. They guided me on how to file a police report, how to get to American consulate to apply for emergency passport, etc. I felt like had a team to support me and that I want alone. Without passport I could not travel and had to cancel my flight. They booked a hotel room for me within walking distance from the consulate. And kept in touch with me until the dust settled down. And to top it, Juan offered me a free ride to the airport. They had no obligation to support and help during this stressful time for me. The tour was over and they could have just gone away. But they didn't. I am more than appreciative of what they did for me. All in all, it was an amazing trip with lots of memories to bring back. I can't recommend Letango high enough. I've been traveling around the world and this was one of the very best. Thanks Letango team. My next trip will definitely be with you.

Yanny was a wonderful tour guide! He was friendly and engaging, both with my husband and me and with our kids (ages 6-11), and he took us to the best places. He was also knowledgeable and shared interesting facts about history and the neighborhoods we went to. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get acquainted with Madrid, its neighborhoods, and its delicious cuisine. We absolutely loved it!

Letango tours is a great company to work with, very professional and responsive in providing services at a very reasonable cost. Our guide in Madrid (Beatriz) in May 2024 was very knowledgeable in the history, architecture, and culture of the city in particular and the country in general. We appreciated her helpful suggestions for future dining and entertainment opportunities. Her love for Spain was quite evident, and on top of that she was an exuberant and lively person who we enjoyed being with. She thoughtfully provided the ladies in our group each with a personalized gift. Our trip to Madrid was all the better for what Letango provided. Thank you Carlos G for providing this opportunity.

We visited Madrid for holy week. Even though there was a light drizzle, Yanny did a great job if navigating through the streets showing us historical locations such as where don quixoite was written and how to identify stores that are older than 100 years old. There were also great examples.of ceramic murals for restaurants and stores. We also did a bit of a tapas tour, which was great for our first day in Madrid! The tour company sent a questionnaire to help with customize what we were interested in

We had a private tour with Leticia on Christmas Day. She took us to many of the major areas and provided us with fascinating history and background. At the end we did a tapas walk where she pointed out her favorites and we ended in the market which she took us through and recommended foods and helped up order. It was an amazing day seeing main sights and learning about the history of Madrid. I highly recommend Letango Tours as they planned everything for us and it was a wonderful experience!
