We lived the tour on ebikes. Abdul was our guide and he was very careful in making sure everyone was well educated on safety and rules of the road. He checked often on everyone and it was easy to ride around the city with someone that knows how to get around on bikes. Highly recommend getting e-bikes as there are some steep hills.

Abdul was a great tour guide. Knowledgeable, kind and understands how to create a safe and organized environment (as a former teacher I would liken it to excellent classroom management). He was mindful of our safety and mindful of assuring our group was not a nuisance to the locals by making sure we didn’t block walkways, or thoroughfares. I didn’t realize the tour included a small tapas break. It was delicious and refreshed us for the remaining journey. Highly recommend!

We had a great guide, Angie! Super friendly and knowledgeable and a great tour through the city! I did not do enough research before booking this experience. If I could do it over again, I would definitely rent an e-bike, because Madrid is quite hilly!

Angie our guide was fantastic! I’m not the best bike rider and she made it feel easy. She knows tons about her city and is great at pointing out everything along the ride. Riding through the park was my favorite part.

This is a brilliant way to acquaint yourself with Madrid if you are a first time visitor. We had an informative guide, Abdul, who really looked after us for 3.5 hours on the e-bikes. We now need to spend some more time visiting some of the museums and palaces. Thank you Abdul.

I took the tour in Spanish, my 2nd language and could understand 95%. Great info, nice relaxed pace in the park, a bit of adrenaline on the streets, good company.

Abdul was a great a guide! He was so informative from history to food recommendations! It was our first day into the city and after this tour we felt like we saw it all and were set to navigate the city! Would highly recommend.

We did the e-bike experience. Great way to start a visit to Madrid and get a feel for the city. Our guide Abdul clearly knows the city very well and was happy to answer questions and talk about Madrid’s rich history. The e-bikes aren’t necessary if you are in shape but there are a few hills so it’s still nice to have them. There is some traffic and the group was a little large (14), so we had to stop quite a few times to allow our guide to count the group and make sure we had everybody.

Our first activity in a new city is always a bike tour, so we’ve done a number of these, choosing highly-rated tours on Viator each time, and usually giving well earned 5-star reviews. Giving this one 4 stars. While the gentleman that led it was a fun & knowledgeable guide, the bikes we used on needed some maintenance—loose chain, missing plate on e-bike controls, lots of rattling, inconsistent functioning. In addition, our tour was 14 people, and while it was fun meeting the others in our group, due to Madrid’s busy streets, I would not recommend doing a tour of over 8 people.
