We followed instructions as per Viator’s email. We clicked on the location which took us to maps. We followed the instructions and walked to the indicated location. We were there 30 minutes before our tour time (11:30) At 11:35 am we began to worry as we didn’t see any gathering of people. We sent an email via the email but didn’t receive a response. I then called Viator and explained our situation. They put me on hold and tried calling the tour company operator - no response. They said I should sit tight while they tried to reach out to them. We waiting for almost 1 hour no one ever called us. I called Viator once more and they suggested i request a refund. So I did. I just received an email from the tour company stating it was not their fault and they would not refund me any portion. This is horrible customer service. It wasn’t our fault. We were there early. Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure what else I can do.
