1.00We are a family of four that texted 15 minutes in advance that we would be 10 minutes late due to traffic. This tour company was super unhelpful. Refused to wait for us, refused to reschedule our tour for the rest of the day, or even just refund our money. They couldn’t care less about their customers. They lack customer service, compassion and flexibility. If you want a tour company that is professional with good business practices and customer service, l would avoid.

5.00Our guide Enrique (sp?) from Golden Tours did a good job mixing history, human interest stories and some humor about the Madrid Royal Palace. Tour taken on April 5, 2026. He kept a good pace for us to take photos and answered questions- pace was not too fast or too slow. His English was excellent. Very enjoyable tour. (We had some confusion with our taxi driver who did not speak English and could not understand our meeting place at the souvenir store address. He let us out close to the palace but we were able to find it.)

Had friends who walked through Palace without a guide and found it daunting walking from room to room without any idea what they were used for. Would 100% recommend this tour!
