It was an amazing experience. Our tour Guide was such a lovely lady, with her red had😊. She made some nice jokes while narrating about spanish royal history. She was so caring and so respectful towards other guides as well. I enjoyed it a lot. It was a little crowded but this was a problem of the organisation

This is a tour well worth paying for - especially if you visit the Palace during a busy time. Our guide was very well organized and knowledgeable as she conducted a rather large group of over 30 through the Palace on a very crowded day. Although I generally enjoy touring museums and exhibits on my own, in this case, as our guide whisked us past a very long ticket line and through and around crowds. I ended up feeling that we were given the highlights and relevant history to make sense of what we were seeing. Two thumbs up!

Jose was by far the most knowledgeable and charismatic tour guide we have ever had. We learned so much about the palace and its history. He kept us engaged at all times and very attentive to the group and answered questions with a smile and detail. Our whole family of 6 had only great things to say about Jose and they appreciated us booking this tour and being able to skip the line with no issues or delay!

I don't know why they asked me to write a review. They changed the time of the tour with less than 24 hours notice, ignored my messages & attempts to contact them, and then refused a request for a refund. Zero customer service & very untrustworthy.
