5.00Convenient amd precise! Skipped the line, then got led expertly around the palace on a group of about 20 as we listened to the tour guide through the earpiece we were given so we could wander closely to take in all the details and still listen to our guide walking room by room.

1.00What a shame. Such beautiful palace and history underserved by a poor tour guide. She just kept moving and talking without waiting for those of us still in the room behind, not able to follow closely because of the crowd. By the time we got to the room she's just showed, we've lost her again to the next room. This happened for the entire tour; the worst tour guide we've experienced with Viator. She also doesn't seem to be knowledgeable as she kept saying "I will talk about it later" to questions asked but never did.

4.00Excellent tour only 2 very slight points to raise for the benefit of other people. Ensure you check the meeting point it’s a small distance from the palace . The guide is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic , he spoke very quickly which can be hard to follow and I felt you could just do with about 10-15 seconds longer in each room before moving on just to really appreciate the splendour of the palace.
