5.00Our tour guide, Adam, gave us a quick but pretty thorough history lesson along with interesting facts about must see art at the Prado as well as pointed out interesting facts about the rooms in the palace. The walkabout was 4 hours but it didn't feel like four hours so that was good. Would recommend if you want to do those two tourist sites.

4.00We had an incredible experience on the Prado Museum and Royal Palace tour, thanks to our guide, Jaime. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and brought so much depth and context to everything we saw, making the history and artwork truly come alive. What stood out the most was how attentive he was—after every stop, Jaime made sure to check in and ask if we had any questions. That level of care made the tour feel engaging, comfortable, and personalized. The tour lasted about four hours, and while we were definitely tired from all the walking by the end, it was absolutely worth it. We left feeling enriched, informed, and so glad we chose this tour. Highly recommend—especially if you can get Jaime as your guide!

1.00If your flight is late you can NOT JOIN THE GROUP UNLESS YOU ARE AT MEETING POINT ON TIME. Even if they are in museum and you are few minutes late. I missed this tour and list my money despite bringing at museum 15 mins late.

His lovely, slightly Irish accent made for easy listening and his incredibly animated style and passion made this a truly remarkable experience. We absolutely loved this tour and highly recommend it for visitors to Madrid.
