This was absolutely the best tour I have ever been on anywhere. Hands-down. Jorge Ortega was amazing. The most excellent guide. Not only did we get to taste all of the authentic Spanish dishes, drink, and dessert, but we got to learn all about the culture. This is definitely a must do in Madrid.

Jorge was an excellent guide and is easy company for a few hours wandering around the old quarter in Madrid. Professional, great sense of humour and incredibly knowledgeable. The Jamon stop was a highlight but more generally it’s great to take a peek into bars and restaurants that as a tourist you might not always step into.

Our trip was for a friends 70th birthday. We wanted to give him a great experience on the day and we weren’t disappointed. Jorge welcomed us and we were immediately at ease, he was very informative not only about the food but also the social history of Madrid as well. Don’t miss it ! It was a real treat!
