What makes the market special is that it occupies part of a train line. A few times a day, a train runs directly through the market. A few minutes before the train comes, vendors lower their umbrellas and move some of their produce away from the train tracks.

Amazing day trip to the floating market and railway market with an wonderful guide, Billei! She was very friendly and welcoming throughout the whole tour. She explained so much about Bangkok and the surrounding areas, which made the experience even more interesting. Highly recommended! We would do this tour again anytime.
