The ticket selection on Viator was 2 adult and 1 child and paid for, however, getting to Sealink Ticket counter, they said Viator only booked for 1 Adult. We had to pay for additional 1 adult before boarding. This was deceitful and inconvenient. Its just a Transport fees, its advisable to book directly from Sealink website.

Very easy to book and once you get to the SeaLink ferry terminal show the voucher and receive a small paper ticket to scan by the ferry crew upon boarding the ferry.

Easy and cheap to book. Very simple to get there. Pre booking was very easy. Used the bus when we got there. A whole day ticket is just 1 aud

I went to get my tickets I paid $108 for four tickets but you guys only booked two tickets almost missed my ferry because of this stuff up luckily the staff at sea link were lovely and were able to fix it .. Be better guys that’s piss poor effort
