Your guide will walk you through a snack-sized tasting menu of fermented products - featured products will vary week to week, but you may see sauerkraut, kimchi, vinegars, tempeh, miso, black garlic, garum or other similar products. Feeling thirsty? A curated local adult beverage flight designed to pair with the tasting menu is available for purchase on-site for guests ages 21+. **Note: This activity typically takes place at a high-top table in our Tasting Room. If you require access to a standard dining-height table for this activity, please text or call us at the number listed in advance of your activity time to let us know. If we don't pick up, please leave a voicemail with your request! Additionally, this tasting may contain gluten, soy, milk, wheat, eggs, sesame and any other major allergens.
