You can learn to bake different types of Malawian bread based dishes including Bam Bam bread, Yama bread, Leaf Cake, Pamparas bread, Queen cake, Sweet Cake, Short Bread, Samoosas, Pizza and Veger Mittie. You can also learn to cook other local favorites like Nsima, African Cake and to prepare vegetables Malawian style. We will work together to plan your custom menu and make the foods you like, and can accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will walk you through step by step how to make each food, and at the end of class we'll eat together and you'll have lots to bring home!
