  I loved the Maligne Lake Tour. Exceptional!!! What I rate a 2 is the experience with Viator. You can book directly with the lake tour and not go through a 3rd party. I had an impossible time reaching Viator and finally drove to Maligne Boat tour and spoke to them. The actual company was excellent to work with.

• Greedy company all they did is to take your money

  Due to wild fire, Jasper park was partially closed, and the road was closed. There was no access to the lake to take the cruise. We actually do not believe that the cruise took place at all. However, there was no refund. No communication whatsoever. They just took your money and vanished. Watch out for this companies, do not book their tours.

  Another beautiful lake and view at the spirit island is exceptional. The summer time is perfect for this place, highly recommend.

  It was a nice boat trip with very interesting information of our guide Sam. The visit of spirit island isn't special, but it gives a nice intermetso. The information given about wildfire and how it is needed for the biodiversity was new for us. This only backfired to us in the evening as we had to evaluate Jasper due to these wildfires. I hope you and the rest of the crew is OK.
