  Lovely experience!! We were welcomed by Captain Toni, with whom we had a lovely conversation during the trip. He prepared 2 round of snacks during the trip and offered drinks. The places we stopped were absolutely amazing, crystal clear water.. we could see the fish! Would 100% recommend!

  ⸻ Very disappointing experience – No compassion or flexibility from the operator We were genuinely looking forward to this boat tour as a special gift for our dear friend who recently completed her cancer treatment – it was meant to be a peaceful, celebratory outing with family. Unfortunately, what could have been a beautiful and meaningful day turned into a deeply frustrating experience. We arrived just 7 minutes late, yet the operator falsely claimed we were 26 minutes late in their message. Despite having booked 6 out of the 8 seats available (meaning only 2 were left unfilled), the operator chose to leave without us and made no effort to accommodate or even consider a refund. We completely understand there are schedules to maintain and lateness can be an issue — but refusing to wait even a few minutes, especially when the boat was mostly booked by us, shows a complete lack of empathy and customer care. Even more upsetting was the fact that no refund or credit was offered. Given the context – a private family gathering, mostly booked out by our group, and being just minutes late – a more flexible or understanding approach would’ve gone a long way. Instead, we were met with cold responses and no willingness to help or compromise. This isn’t just a matter of money — it’s about the poor customer service, lack of compassion, and the inflexibility of an operator who clearly prioritized squeezing in time over the actual experience of his customers. We hope others consider this when booking – if you’re even slightly delayed, don’t expect kindness or fairness in return.
