A welcome aperitif opens the door of our home and presents its history. You will meet passion for wines and cheeses in the cozy atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan store called "colmado". Appreciate this narrative journey through the vineyards of Mallorca enjoying at each step aromas, flavors, and textures that the master craftsmen of our land offer us. Wine, cheese and sobrasada tasting with its own identity achieved over time, with experience and with good work. Casual tasting, tailor-made for those who enjoy, those who appreciate the terroir, the sun, the sea, the vineyard, the valleys, and the mountains.

5.00If you want to learn about wine, this is the place. It’s a small shop in the middle of Palma, and the owner is a longtime sommelier who takes the time to explain all the variables that go into enjoying wine. You’ll learn about Mallorca and the wine. If you’ve been to big commercial wineries in the United States, this is the opposite—you get a personal experience, and you know you’re in Europe. Truly excellent!
