This is a perfect bike for those who want to get through the city's different streets in the best way. Our European 7-speed city bikes (7SECB) are specially designed for short distances and fast speeds. It is best suited for more cool urban areas and if you want to go on country roads or longer journeys (30KM). It's perfect for Malmö and Helsingborg! We have industry-competing prices, which means that you get as much time on the bike as possible for the money.

What To Expect

You can pick up your rental bike very close to the Central Station. The price includes a standard citybike, lock and a map. The bike will be waiting for you at your arrival. The bike rental company also has a partnership with a hotel near our office which is open 24/7, where you can pick-up and return the bike out of office hours. You are then free to explore the city and its surroundings as you wish. We have special prices for 1 day, 3 days and a week. Don't miss Limhamn, a village in the city. You'll find it when you bike along the beach. Malmö is a fast growing city close to the sea. From the bike you will discover Malmö from the past to the new and modern. From the old city with fishing industry to the Western Harbor which is an ultra modern part of Malmö. Pick up between 09:00 - 16:00. Drop off is possible to 22:00.

Very easy to book and very friendly personnel. Good bikes that are well maintained. You can use your bike till late in the evening.

Travelshop is centrally located and easy to reach from the ferry. Got handed out 2 bikes. One bicycle proved defective after 5 km - electricity did not work. We called for help. We tried different things that didn't help. It was not possible to send a service wagon: "we could try to drive on or come back. We would of course be compensated." We went further and found out that if you pressed the display constantly, the bike was working. But it also meant that if you brake, electricity disappeared, and you couldn't drive with your hand on the brake. A little dangerous driving. You could see that there was a piece of tape on the bike, so it has definitely been a known problem on the bike. Have subsequently been in dialogue with Travelshop about compensation and they would compensate 1/2 rent. However, have received nothing.

If you want to rent a bike for a day or so, this is the right address. Location is great (central station near platform 10), nice and normal bikes, extra lock, service with a smile, water and good advices/tips

Very easy to just walk in and get a bike, and conveniently enough there's a dropoff point nearby if the store closes while you're out and about, so there's no worries about making it back by closing time. Bikes were also great quality and managed some steep hills. Definitely recommend :)

Very professional and helpful, did the extra for us to have a very good time. The bikes were good quality and did not have any problem for a 3 days ride. Small thing that could have been better, 1/6 bike was missing some non essential equipments (bike holder, bell, mud protection). On the other hand we were able to return bikes after closing hours, we had direct line to mechanical support and no questions asked over the state of the bikes when we handed them back (not that they don't check but just that they trust/accept the fact that gravel bikes will come back dirty from trips like this). Cherry on the cake, we were given tips on our itinerary and even a map with regional cycling paths that was really a plus to our trip.

Riding with a bike in Malmö is very enjoyable. In a few minutes you see so many nice streets and it feels comfortable. Next day we rent a bike again in another country. Both bikes have an additional pedalbrake, that is something less convenient. I sometimes activated it when it was not needed.
