All kayakers are set up high quality tandem kayaks unless you are an odd number rider. Single kayaks are limited and based on availability. Requests are not guaranteed.

5.00We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide Joe was very good. We got to see some manatees and lots of birds. He gave us a tutorial on kayaking even tho we had kayaked before we learned about stopping and turning. We fell out of our kayak which was always a possibility. Joe did his very best to help me (an overweight under exercised woman) back in. Somehow we got it done thanks to Joe. It was not his fault at all, it was mine. If you are out of shape and overweight it's probably not for you. But we still enjoyed the trip and the water and wildlife & fauna was so beautiful & peaceful.

4.00Advertised as a single kayak per rider on Trip Advisor but ended up sharing a tandem kayak once we got there. We were told we booked a tandem kayak even though the booking details indicated otherwise. The Trip Advisor booking listed two separate launching addresses. Tour was cut about 20 minutes short too. Kayaking itself was good-the mangrove tunnels were cool and we saw a couple manatees!

5.00My husband and I had an amazing time kayaking with Joe as our guide. He was personable and helpful with every aspect of our tour. He knew the area well and was expert at spotting signs of marine life as well as the many different birds that were in the area. We went out in the morning and saw several manatees, dolphins as they were hunting for lunch, a timid gator, a tarpon, lots of mullet, and so many birds. Joe was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot; he also made the trip a lot of fun.
