Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers. We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted. Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

This excursion was the highlight of our trip! We had such a great time! Our tour guide was very friendly and informative of the area and its inhabitants. We got to see a wide range of creatures, such as, manatees, sea turtle, nurse sharks, Moray eel, yellow heron, and iguanas! Disclaimer, not every trip will include these animals, they are wild and roam the mangroves. We definitely recommend this guided paddleboard/kayak tour. Our guide was the sweetest, she took all of the pictures and videos for us so that we could completely enjoy our experience phone free. They also have kayak and paddle board rentals if you do not want to take the guided tour. We will definitely be going through this business again when we go back to the Keyes.

We had such a great time. Brittany was our guide with a smaller group of just 6 of us. She was knowledgeable and very personable. We were able to see dolphins and manatees while we were out there. Everyone there was very friendly.

Had a great time. My husband and I really enjoyed this experience. We shared a double kayak. Brittany was fantastic. She explained everything and pointed out wildlife and took amazing photos and videos of everyone and shared them with us at the end. We saw two mama manatees and two babies, a sea turtle, and a rare eel sighting! We didn’t feel rushed, and Brittany was so patient with everyone. Highly recommend!

At first we were bummed out that the weather was not conducive for snorkeling the reef but we should not have worried! We had a really special morning kayaking instead along sheltered Tavernier creek with our awesome guide :Jack. He shared his deep knowledge and passion for local wildlife and we were delighted to have an incredibly close and intimate encounter with a manatee and her curious calf . Various water birds , iguana , fish and stingrays rounded out the trip. Jack also took lots of great pics and we all shared pics after the trip which was really lovely. Lunch at What the Fish next door is not to be missed either !

Our group had an absolutely amazing time on our tour. Our guide Britney did an incredible job getting us around the area . We were fortunate to see manatees, sea turtles, iguana, stingrays rays, and lots of fish. I’ve done many guided kayak tours and this was by far the best. I would highly recommend this tour and if possible request Britney! While guiding us and showing us all the wildlife she managed somehow to take the best photos of our group and experience that she shared after the tour.

Jack orated a wonderful tour. He had a solid balance of preaching safety, divulging facts and allowimg for solemn moments to let our group enjoy the scenery. We had the bonus of seeing a manatee cow with her calf!

That was exciting chance to go kayaking and see manatees at the same time. We had our family from CA over, so wanted to share the true Florida vibe. Jack was a fantastic guide and we learned so much about nature. Definitely recommend

Great way to spend a couple of hours on the water in Tavernier, FL. Our guide Brittany was terrific and very informative for our Eco-Kayaking tour. Saw several Manatees as well as other wildlife along the way. Very low stress. They have tandem seat Kayaks for those who don't want to commandeer one on their own. Highly reccommend.
