Manila tour was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The city is full of energy, history, and character around every corner. From the old streets of Intramuros to the modern skyline of BGC, it was the perfect mix of past and present. The food, the people, and the atmosphere made it unforgettable. I’d do it all over again without hesitation. V

Floyd is a fantastic guide. The description of this tour sells it short. It far exceeds our expectation.

I really enjoyed this tour which gave a terrific overview of the history of Manila and a glimpse into daily life today. Jane was a wonderful tour guide of Intramuros and Venus led us in an insightful journey of the nearby neighborhoods and markets. Highly recommend!!

This was a great way to see many different parts of Manila and try some of the local foods. The tour guides we had were amazing and very knowledgeable which truly enhanced the tour. Also, having the opportunity to use some of the local transport was great. Getting the history of Manila and the Phillipines was a great addition.

Was a great tour and Floyd was a great guide. Learnt a lot more about local culture than any book and really appreciated the flexibility and chill vibe. Will recommend to my friends and colleagues.

After two weeks in the Philippines we still knew nothing about Manila until we did this tour and we were flying out late the night we did the tour. We were really impressed and pleased that we did this tour, it really does show you things you’ll never see on your own. We learned a lot about what life is really like for local Philippinoes. A super insight into life in Manila as it really is.

Real Manila experience with a great guide whose other job is being a cop (thanks Floyd!). Experienced a middle class living with community internet areas, a market, Chinatown and intramuros. We used local transportation like ride hailing (use Grab and pay cash to get to start and back to hotel) pedicabs, and jeepney (will be phased out this year). Learnt about daily life, customs and tried some food. Some cost are not included, but everything is super cheap.

The tour was everything we wanted and me. Venus, our host, was knowledgeable and inspiring. She personalized the tour and it offered a variety of experiences. The goodies and snack along the way were fantastic. Her passion for the country was undeniable. We learned so much about the culture and the timeframe was perfect.

When I visit a city for the first time, I like taking guided city tours. This type of tour allows me to orient myself as how the city is laid out, and where major tourist sites are within the city. I get to do a "touch and go" of various sites. If I find the location uninteresting, I can say "I've been there". But I can also decide to revisit the location, on my own, for a deeper examination. This tour is billed as a walking tour. And a portion of this tour does involve walking. But the guide took us to see things that one could only see on foot. The tour also allowed us to experience types of local transportation (e.g. tuk-tuks and jeepneys). Frankly, once I learned "how to", I used them as an alternative to GRAB. I took my tour in late Jan2026. The weather was very comfortable. But there may be times of year when it is hotter and more humid. I only mention this because this tour does visit two churches (consider attire), and you should take into consideration your own personal comfort in walking in such conditions. Overall, I think the tour was done well; and I enjoyed it; I learned things.
