This is the second tour we’ve taken with viator and the vehicles you provide are old, worn out and need updating. . Our tour guide for this tour did not have the enthusiasm and energy for her job. Viator needs to qualify and evaluate your contractors properly so that your customers get the full value and service they paid for. That is your ultimate responsibility and you owe that to your customers.

Great experience with our driver and guide. Out guide was so informative and showed us all the sites and gave lot of information for us about the history of phillipines.

I really enjoyed the sights and our guide, Stella, was very knowledgeable. I especially liked how she made a special point to tell me specific links to England. Most of the people on the tour were from the USA, so this was very kind of her, to not forget me. I especially enjoyed the casa museum, and seeing St Augustins. I also enjoyed the unexpected Cheepney ride, so much fun! The only reason I took 1 star off, was due to the cost of the trip. I felt it was unfair that as a single person I had to pay almost double the advertised price, especially considering there were 20 people on the tour. I would have understood if it was just me. I was also disappointed that the bus didn't collect from my hotel, when it had said it would. I had to walk to a different hotel on the same road. However, I don't know if these things were in Stella's control or chosen by someone more senior. The trip itself was wonderful and I'm glad I went.

A quick hit of Filipino history. Richard was full of interesting facts. Manila American cemetery and memorial was a surprisingly fascinating and informative stop.
