Ride Alongs do not get in the water, they stay on the boat. This tour is designed for snorkelers, Ride Alongs may or may not see manta rays. Our viewing location is the most ideal manta viewing location. We have just a short 5 minute boat ride out to our snorkel destination. Using our state of the art viewing board, our expert in water crew will guide snorkelers through the bay to view these beautiful animals. Snorkelers enjoy approximately 30 minutes of in water viewing time.

Must be able to climb up a metal ladder resting on a pontoon to get back in the boat

Must be under 285lbs

All participating guests must know how to swim and tread water. Snorkeling experience required.

This is a wild and free excursion. No refunds are given in the event we do not get to view mantas the night of your tour.

If you are unable to swim and would like to remain on the boat, we welcome you. "Ride alongs" are a paid ticket as it is a reserved seat on the boat at a discount.

We have full discretion to refuse service to guests based on attire, behavior, physical fitness & condition

Please arrive no later than your scheduled check in time, as we have important information to review prior to leaving the dock, as well as outfit all guests with the equipment needed for the tour.

Guests must be physically and mentally capable of listening to and obeying safety instructions

This is an open ocean experience at night. Young children may be scared of the dark waters and large animals.

Children who are frighten and crying will be escorted back aboard with a guardian. No Exceptions

Transportation NOT provided.

This trip is not for individuals who are afraid the dark, deep water, or large animals.

Snorkel vest provided for children 12 and under. Snorkel vest available to rent for all others.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What To Expect

READ THIS!!! TOUR TIMES NOTED ARE THE CHECK-IN TIME, NOT THE DEPARTURE TIME. DEPARTURE IS 1 HOUR LATER. DEPATURE LOCATION IS 1.4 MILES FROM CHECK-IN LOCATION. -Swimming and Snorkeling Experience is Required. -This is an open ocean activity, participants should be comfortable in deep and dark waters. -This activity is generally moderate but can be strenuous depending on participant’s fitness level and ocean conditions. -Manta Rays are wild animals; we cannot control their behavior. -Please arrive no later than your scheduled check-in time. -Guests must be at departure location 20 minutes prior to departure. -Tour time is 2 hrs, which includes time for check-in, gear and brief. -Do not arrive early to check-in. -Enjoy approx. 30 minutes of in-water time. -Ensure you opt in to receiving emails and text from us. We will be providing important information about trip. -International travelers must speak and understand English. -We cannot call international numbers, please provide us a way to contact you. -If you have multipule reservations in your group, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
