Your tour is guided by a licensed Captain in a modern 30' open fishing style boat with t-top for shade. All the fishing rods and reels, right and left-handed and all the tackle you need, as well as all other necessities including safety equipment.

Our Marathon Reef Fishing Charters take you out to the many reefs in the Atlantic Ocean, where you will drift fish, deep drop and have an incredible time catching local specialties. Snappers, grouper, and many others like sharks, jacks and so much more. We'll return to the dock, where we will clean your catch. Options of taking the fish or calling one of any local restaurants to cook your catch. Either way, a trip to experience that will leave you with a taste for fresh fish for some time!

5.00A Perfect way to kick off our vacation out on the waters of Marathon with Captain Micheal. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew the area well. We went out on a 4 hour trip, and everything was well prepared for our group. We had a successful day catching Mutton Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, and even a Barracuda. Everyone on board had a really fun time, and it made for a memorable afternoon.

5.00We booked the reef fishing trip and had a brilliant time. John took us to three different spots in order to get the best out of the morning. The last area needed continuous boat maneuvers as we positioned and then drifted across a wreck. I mention this as it showed he cared and wanted to give us a great experience. The booking process and the whole event were simple and straightforward. Thank you for a great 4 hr, and we will rebook soon, and this time the full family

5.00Complete novices, I (Grandmother) and 3 family members on a beautiful day. This 6-hour fishing trip was an absolute delight! Captain Micheal has fantastic knowledge of the fishing grounds. We caught lovely barracuda fish and had the best day. Thank you, Micheal!

5.00We had the best time on the reef fishing trip. Michael made a huge effort to make sure we caught our black grouper; he really looked after us, especially our 10- and 12-year-old girls, and gave an excellent recommendation to get it cooked up at home! Thanks for a great trip; highly recommend.

5.00Excellent trip all round. Great communication throughout, entertaining and knowledgeable Captain John, and a full fun 4 hours of reef fishing. Kids loved it! Did manage to catch a lot of yellowtail snapper, black grouper & barracuda fish, and am going to come back and try again for a 6 hr record fish!
Totally fun every time!

5.00It sometimes takes a bit of sorting out, but iOutdoor Fishing Adventures is a busy and very fishing company when it comes to fishing trips! We always have a trip out on one of their boats annually as a family, and this year was no exception. With pretty rotten weather at the start of our week, it took a few days for us to get a chance, but as always, the banter on the boat was upbeat and fun, and we even caught lots of mutton snapper! Thanks, John, for helping as always, and see you again next year!

5.00We went out with Captain Michael together with another family. He was friendly, and we came back with plenty of Black Grouper (tasty too). The sea was incredibly calm, and we had no problem catching fish. I doubt this is always the case! Michael did not seem jaded or bored at doing the run with novices, and this made for a pleasant hour. Rebook soon for 8 hr for friends.

5.00While staying in the Marathon area this month, my son (10) asked if he could go on one of the fishing trips. Neither of us had ever been fishing before, but we went on Captain John's 4 hr trip the following day, & he loved it. We caught a lot of mutton snapper, mangrove snapper, yellowtail snapper, and barracuda. We caught totally 29+ fish. Captain John was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Right now we're about to go down to the Marathon area for another holiday, & I expect we'll be on one of the boats again, weather permitting.

5.00Had an amazing time. My stepdad, aged 58; my son, aged 10; and I, aged 35. This 4 hr trip was suitable for all ages. Captain John is a really lovely chap who knows the area very well, making this a thoroughly enjoyable time. The water was totally flat, and the sun was out. Lots of mangrove snapper caught. Thanks for a great family time.

5.00Come here every year; never disappointed, always come back with a Yellowtail Snapper supply! Captain John is always friendly and knowledgeable. Such fun and a brilliant view of the water. I recommend this to all.
