The Marble Mountains
Marble Moutain is well-known as the most beautiful site not only among Vietnamese but also tourists. It carries an amazing value of combination between many mable and limestone caves. Monkey Mountain should be on religion/culture lovers’ checklist. Many exciting stories of history and culture based on Buddhism have been told when visiting this place. You could also see the giant statue of Laddy Buddha which set a new record in height.
Lady Buddha
A giant statue Lady Buddha with beautiful background such as mountains and huge garden of bonsai would draw your attention. You will definitely get lost in the garden of heaven with gripping stories when gently walking and enjoy a fresh breeze.

Kevin was a great tour guide. Had a lot of information about the areas we visited and made a lot of funny jokes through out the morning .

Unfortunately the tour wasn’t exactly as listed. The listing said it was approximately five hours, however, we were picked up at 1:50 (well communicated) and dropped off by 5:30. So some of it felt rather rushed. And while listed as a sunset tour, it ended before sunset of 5:45pm. The English-speaking guide was unable to answer a question about the flags at the statues (relating to Buddhism) and was sometimes confusing to understand. The order of the tour wasn’t as listed either. We started at Monkey Island and ended at Marble Mountain. If there was a reason for that, it wasn’t communicated.

The whole trip seemed very rushed, it said that it was going to be around 5 hours, but at best it was 3 and a half. There wasn't much commentary on the sights that we visited or any details given during the drive and some of the sights we passed. We were taken to a marble shop full of anything and everything made of marble, we may have actually bought something if the shop assistants didn't continually follow you around like I was going to shoplift. The walk upto the cave is quite difficult and the steps very uneven, they should mention to wear proper footwear. The trip is also advertised as a sunset tour, but we got back way before the sun was setting. I have to say though that the sights we saw, especially the caves were awesome.

We had a lovely half day tour with Owen (our guide). The weather was great, the sights really interesting and Owen knew a lot about everything, even graciously answering our additional questions.

Half of the tour was a shopping trip. Not a lot of history provided, poor tour. Tour guide did not even finish the tour!
