Nice experience and great view, one of must see attractions, you can do the 3 together, flower dome + gardens and observatory

Great panorama of Singapore even if it was a foggy day! Glass barriers were very clean. A few areas were off limits due to maintenance but it didn't detract from the experience.

Don’t book with Viator or through their agents - the tickets with barcodes never arrived on email despite chasing them up. Unfortunately we were not allowed to enter the Observation Deck by the Marina Bay Sands team and they couldn’t help us. I will be fighting for my refund as this is totally unacceptable and Marina Bay Sands staff mentioned that this is not the first time they have encountered this.

It was fun to go up to the 56th floor in a speedy lift. View from the top was great. Worth going if you like heights and city views.

Not worth the $40. Maybe $10. You only get to see a small part of the roof Save your coins you can access that same view from almost any hotel

An hour delay due to the weather which was understandable. However, it reopened while still raining. The big disappointment was the limited area that was accessible on the observation deck, probably about a quarter of the total deck. We spent 5 minutes there taking our photos of the view and then exited, certainly not worth £30 each.

The view from Marina Bay Sands is excellent! You can see many of the attractions/places to see in Singapore from a bird's eye perspective! I was disappointed that the first booking we had made via Viator was unable to be fulfilled because it was Singapore's national holiday and their 60th anniversary of independence, so we were given the option to go the following day (we orginally booked the 7pm slot and would have seen the sunset and light shows), but were flying out the next night so could only go to a daytime slot that day. My only complaint with the way this change was handled was that I have to wonder if we would have been informed if I hadn't inquired why our tickets hadn't arrived. Surely the operator of this service would have been aware there was no availability on the anniversary night long before I asked on the morning we were supposed to go why our tickets had not arrived, and could have informed us days earlier so we could try booking a night slot on an earlier night instead! For all that, once I messaged them thru the Viator app, they were quick to respond and offer us an alternative slot. I did have to ask if there would be a partial refund since night time slots cost more than daytime slots, but the refund of NZ$15 came through very quickly. The experience itself was fun, even if it is so hot up there that you drip sweat! They do sell drinks there though, and we sensibly took our own water. It's great you can stay as long or short as you like, and the official photo taken came out great - even if the cost was high (S$75 for a copy with a gold coloured high quality frame, or S$45 without - we paud the S$45 and were given a similar silver frame "for free" so worth saying no yo the S$75!).

Unbeatable views from this spacious deck. Gorgeous views of Gardens by the Bay from one side and Singapores beautiful city from the other. Experience the free Marina Bay lights how from the deck and then when your finished upstairs go downstairs to the bay and experience it again. Both are amazing. Don’t forget to finish your experience off with a delicious slushie drink before you leave.

This time I went to the observation deck during the day. I booked two days in advance via the app, but the night was already good because it was a weekend. This time I was in the Marina Bay Sands members before the trip, so you didn't have to stay overnight to get in for free. This time, it was free as a bonus of the Sumitomo Mitsui Card, but this is also until July, so I recommend checking the information on the app!
