  Our experience was fabulous! We did the Marquez tour and throughly enjoyed it. The whole facility is gorgeous! And the Casillera del Diablo extravaganza was such fun as they take you through the legend. This part of the tour was entertaining, and they definitely were thinking outside the box. The sensory experience was also very informative and visually stimulating. BUT...the BEST part of all was FELIPE, our guide! He was soooo very nice, informative, and absolutely hilarious!!!! Soooo jovial and personable! I want to have this experience a 10!!! And let's not forget all the delish tastings we had! Thank you Felipe!! You made all the difference!

  Javiera and Francisco were great! Along the way, Javiera gave a lot of information about the land and vineyards. She spoke in both Spanish and English to accommodate the guests. Francisco was a good driver. We got to the vineyard on time and safe. Once you get to the vineyard, the tours are divided by language. Each tour was at a different time as well. You’re then greeted by another Tour Guide of the vineyard, who will walk you through the vineyard. I had Marcus who was extremely informative. They talk about the Chile's landscape, soil, how it determines what grapes are grown where, in addition to the Family's history to the vineyard. Wine tastings were held at the end, and it was outdoors. You get to try 4 wines during this round. This took about 2 hrs. Since it’s the Premium Package, you’re then passed to a Wine Sommelier. I had Daniel, who was right on the target with the notes. During this round, you get to try 6 premium wines with cheese pairings. The wines were so delicious, I don’t think there was a wine I didn’t like. This portion of the tour took about an hour. In total, the Premium Package was about 3 hrs long. By the end of the session, I didn’t get a chance to really see my options at the gift shop, but I still left with a limited edition bottle, Amelia, that Daniel recommended. Javiera was nice enough to let me quickly pop in. The Gift Shop opens at 10 AM, which I did have a chance to browse before the tour started. Since I wasn’t too familiar with the wine, I wasn’t ready to invest yet. If you really like wine, I highly recommend this Premium Package. The vineyard itself was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Of course, the Javiera and Francisco were a pleasure to have.

  The experience began with the purchase in shopping Costanera with Ivan, excellent service. Assertive and advisory speaks well Portuguese and had sensitivity to understand what we wanted.
