Bahia Palace
Built in the late 19th century, Bahia Palace is a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture. As you explore its peaceful courtyards, detailed zellige tilework, carved cedar wood ceilings, and lush gardens, your guide will share stories about the grand vizier who built it and the royal lifestyle of that period. After visiting the palace, you will continue through the winding streets of the medina toward the historic Ben Youssef Madrasa.

My guide showed me hidden corners I wouldn’t have discovered myself and gave helpful tips on local crafts and how to interact with vendors without feeling pressured. Visiting the Ben Youssef Madrasa was truly special. The discovery of the medina and the souks was incredible. We were able to explore authentic streets full of life, with local craftsmen and a unique atmosphere. Without the guide, we would certainly have gotten lost! Bahia Palace was magnificent, with its impressive architecture and refined details. Our guide explained the history of the place in a very interesting way. The visit to the Ben Youssef Madrasa was also a highlight. It is a peaceful place, rich in history and beauty, with splendid traditional decorations. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Marrakech. This is the best way to discover the culture, history and hidden treasures of the city.
