We had a wonderful visit in the company of our guide Betty. Thanks to her for all her very informative explanations.

On June 2, 2026, we visited without a reservation, including a cellar tour and tasting for 12 EUR per person. It was a random group of 20 people (French and Germans in a ratio of about 2:1). The nice guide alternated between speaking French and excellent German, charmingly and knowledgeably discussing the family business, the production of vermouth, and accompanied the tasting at the bar. We were thrilled and bought several bottles of vermouth. Great tour, beautiful experience, highly recommended.

The courtyard of the Noilly Prat House, with its barrels aging in the open air and the Thau pond just behind, is an unlikely setting for such a simple moment. An amber Noilly Prat, scallop rillettes, the sun setting. The guided tour of the cellars beforehand helps to understand why the glass has that taste here and not elsewhere. A must-see if you are in the area!

Arrived at 15:30 on April 3rd , we are told that there was no visit!!! Yet Friday is an opening day ... on the other hand we are told that we can buy products....no visit ...0 purchases which seems logical , But what a casualness for the staff of a multinational...Martini Bacardi 😍🥵

I hesitated between a score of two and three. The performance wasn't there. Unfortunately, our guide was not up to standard, which makes the price of 12 euros far too high. Far too many unanswered questions. An entry fee of up to 5 euros seems "correct". The tasting, on the other hand, was a success. My conclusion: a visit that is not worth such a price of admission.

Nice visit to the cellars, a very smiling guide, who explains well. It's a beautiful place, a beautiful discovery. Thank you.

Disappointment for this second visit! With a group of 40 people, just a walk past the barrels without any explanation, neither on the number of liters prepared over a year, nor on the beginnings of this vermouth, nor on the number of employees.... Not even a little video! Our first visit (at least 8 years ago, with a group as well) we had been in the courtyard with a passionate guide who explained very well. During the tasting of the 4 wines , the guide gave information for the various spices added.... for the preparation of cocktails? " see internet " olala! The group is directed to the store for sale. Individually, it is 12 € entry , far too expensive to pass quickly in front of the barrels.
