  When you have a young captain who smoking weed and drinking on a trip that wasn’t even close to what was discussed and telling them up front we had to be back at 4 pm (cruise ship) . Rough seas and he has to be threatened to get us two back he can barely stand and he opens up the throttle in rough seas ! My girlfriend 65 years old was terrified being smacked around with 7 other people ! I had to scream at the young kid to slow down ! I will put their company on notice via social media !! It was the worst trip ever taken in my life and I am a retired Marine so I can take a lot of stupidity for me to get upset ! Please stay clear !! Oh and no one spoke English . Luckily one gal could translate somewhat ! Safety was out the door and him drinking and smoking was more important ! I reminded him 4 times after 2 pm with translator about the time . Oh he was also teaching a girl how to scream a boat across dangerous waters !!

  We were surprised that the tour started 45 minutes earlier than the start time. Fortunately we were in the area. They tour people say they called but I have no record of the call. No English spoken during the tour. The guide used phone to inform of information. Oh and no safety info shared ie life jacket locations. The first stop was not listed for 90 minutes. We found a bar and walked the beach. Not much to see but a swim area. The stop at black sands beach was a pause as we went by. Not impressed with this tour. My dive mask that I brought with me broke prior to the dive so the guide loaned me another for $5.

  The excursion was superb! We were able to swim with the sea turtles and it was also possible to discover the seabed decorated with multicolored corals. It was amazing, I recommend the Kairidream tour to everyone! Perfect activity if you want to discover Martinique!   Terrible experience from booking to them not showing up at scheduled time. We stated calling the number on the reservation/ticket the night before as meeting point directions and place were not clear and in French. Kept getting voicemail. Called 3 times in the morning -voicemail. Asked on cruise ship if anyone could translate directions and no one could. We got off the ship and went to information booth and they had a hard time with directions but told us to walk to ferry and they have a hut there. Found the meeting point at 12:00. We were told to be there at 12;15. 3 other participants were there - they also had a hard time finding meeting point with directions given . 12;30 and no one showed up. We contacted the operator at the number given and text we were there and needed an ETA. They never got back to us so at 12:50 we left. Still have not heard from them but they did deny our refund request. We have NEVER had this experience before booking through Viator nor equity an outfit they recommend. Do not book - especially if on a cruise ship as unreliable and they do not respond to calls or emails .

  I'm thrilled! The captain was adorable, the atmosphere was great! We were able to see and swim with turtles and fish. Many historical elements brought throughout! Fruit tray and drinks at the rendezvous! I recommend!

  We had the chance to make the Turtle ride with Mickael on the Catamaran. We had an unforgettable afternoon. Very nice moments and great encounters. Thank you Mickael for the quality and professionalism of this outing. Mickael is kind, and sets the mood with his music. We were also treated to a magnificent fruit platter, juices and planter. Extra. We saw turtles but also beautiful fish during snorkeling. We also had the pleasure of meeting a great family from northern Martinique, they will recognize each other, very nice family. We returned at 7pm with nuggets full of eyes, thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back. Marc and Mary

  This excursion was the best! The guide was friendly and helpful. The snorkeling was the best of our 10 day cruise. I saw 3 different kinds of eels, big beautiful sea anemonies, huge sea stars, tons of colorful fish, 2 different kinds of sea urchins, etc. Then we moved to another area not far away, and saw a handful of turtles! The bat cave was exciting. First, you hear the bats, then you see them moving in the crevices. I highly recommend this tour. I didn't take the pictures of the eel or sea star, I forgot my waterproof phone holder, but these are what I saw.

  Very good experience... We came to see free-ranging fish and turtles, we saw some! Too bad the weather wasn't there but Kairidream had nothing to do with it! Widely recommended.
