What To Expect
Museo del Parque Volcan De Masaya
Live a great and unique experience of being on top of an active volcano and get to see the orange color of the incandescent lava, take great pictures by the edge of the crater Santiago where you will get to behold the power of mother nature and at the same time appreciate a beautiful sunset. The time estimated here is 30 minutes that includes the time we use to visit the museum and the other areas. 5.00Zohar was a fantastic guide to the volcano. She is friendly, ambitious, and personable and was able to communicate well the history and culture of the Nicaraguan people, both past and present. She gave beneficial insight into Volcan Masaya, from it's formation and the history, to the folklore and cultural feelings about this unique part of the Managuan landscape. I asked many questions and she entertained my inquisitiveness. I'd advise to take along a bottle of water for the evening tour as the cue to the park entrance can get quite lengthy.

5.00Fantastic experience, the guide Elias was simply impeccable, we explained the whole history of the country, led us to various points of the city always very sought after and quiet. It adjusted all the times so we could arrive at the exact time on the volcano and have a privileged view.

5.00This was a well organized, fun private tour. Our guide Cherlisbeth took us around the sights in Granada and the lake. She also took us to a really nice local restaurant we wouldnt find on our own. We managed to catch the sunset ont the volcano too.
