Our luau is less than one quarter the size of the average luau in Hawaii. So, every seat is a great view of the show.

Maui Luau: Gilligans' Island Luau in Kihei
Experience an Authentic Polynesian Luau in Kihei on the Island of Maui. Come see the traditional Polynesian evolution of Hawaiian, New Zealand, Tahitian Hula Dancers with a Samoan Fire Dancer finale. Show includes Hawaiian Musicians & Drummer and more! In an intimate setting with less than 1/3rd the capacity of most luaus, come have a great time experiencing the culture outside of a resort environment. Includes an open bar with tropical well drinks, red or white house wine, beer and all non-alcoholic beverage. Enjoy a full Hawaiian all you can eat buffet with Hawaiian Kalua Pork, Teriyaki Chicken, Panko-crusted Mahi Mahi with Lemon dill cream sauce, Hummus with vegetable crudites, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Mixed Vegetables, Mac Salad, Poi, White Rice, Molokai Sweet Potato, Green Salad w/Pineapple Vinaigrette dressing and Hawaiian Sweet Rolls with honey butter. For dessert, try Fresh Pineapple cubes, Chocolate Haupia Pie, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies, and Lilikoi Bars.

5.00Totally enjoyed ourselves! The venue was smaller which made it more intimate setting. The dancers and the hostess were entertaining and provided a history that went along with the dances. The fire dancer was incredible. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious and plentiful. A very enjoyable evening!

5.00We had a great time at the Gilligan's Island luau on May 10th. The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. The narrator did a good job explaining the culture and meaning of the various dances. Enjoyed the music and dancing. Definitely recommend this luau.

5.00We have been to other luaus, bigger, fancier but Gilligan’s is so much better. Smaller crowd, up close to dancers, more intimate. The show is excellent and the food is plentiful and very good. A personal server sees to your needs, brings you your drinks (no limit) Well worth the money. We have been to this one 3 times over the years.

4.00This is a humble but sweet show. We learned of the culture and enjoyed the food & drink. The dancers were Ahhh-mazing. Especially the tiny woman & fire dancer. They connected best with the audience. The MC was witty & kind. I saw no mention or reference to Gilligans island, so that was misleading, and why I deducted a star.

2.00This luau was very disappointing. I wanted to turn and leave right when we arrived. The waiting area had bird droppings, branches, and cigarette butts on the ground. The food was mediocre at best. Desserts did not line up with what the website said other than cookies. The tables looked liked they needed to be cleaned and the chairs were very rickety. The emcee and dancers in the show did a nice job.

5.00This was our first luau. It was an amazing experience. The buffet was very tasty. The show was very entertaining. The dancers were really good. Lots of energy. It was just the right length. It was worth the price. We had vip seats and were right near the stage. I’m glad we paid a little extra for the seats, it was worth getting up close.
