Offered amazing activities for the family like temporary tattoos, craft making, flower leis and flowers for the females hair. The food was delicious with a lot of variety for picky eaters. The rain came down hard during our show but the entertainers never missed a beat! A great family experience for the young and old and inbetweeners!

Good food but they ran out of pineapple upside down cake. Luau dancing part was lame. Dancers were amateur Sheraton needs to up their game.

Great food, MC did a great job explaining Hawaiian traditions. I’m no expert on Hawaiian dancing but I thought everyone did phenomenal. Drinks were decent. Lining up for the event in the beginning under hot sun was a bit tough, would recommend considering a tent or having the venue ready to receive guests at the start.

It was hot, it was a slow start, and the show was short. And it rained through out the show. The chair was a cheap plastic chair, very uncomfortable. For the positive, staff was nice and food was good

This experience was miserable. It rained for over half the time, we had puddles forming on our plates and our bread got soggy. We were one of the last tables to get food so they started packing up the buffet before we finished due to the rain (so it wasn’t all you can eat). I think they were also rushing to get the show started and they started the show before our section finished eating (we were told the show wouldn’t start until after dinner since some folks don’t face the stage…). The staff never even acknowledged the weather. They just pushed through with everyone getting wet watching the show. The other couple at our table was trying to cover themselves with the table cloth to stay dry. This is truly appalling considering the cost to attend this.

The entire night was perfect in every way to the drinks the table of people we met and made friends the food was amazing and I have to give a special shout out to the whole Luau crew for being VERY and I mean the most attentive someone can be to food allergies they made special desserts for us people and that meticulous time and effort of looking at everything just wow I'd give 10 stars if I could! This is the 2nd Luau we've ever been to and so far this one takes the cake! The music the dances to stories the legends the honoring of cultur and tradition and most of all Ohana! Would absolutely do this Luau 10x over and still learn something new!

They provided exceptional customer service. We were unable to make the luau due to a flight delay, and they refunded my full payment.
