I give this company a 10 out of 10. We had a group of 11 and they had room for all of us plus our luggage. They picked us up at the airport right on time. We were in communication with the driver as soon as we got off the plane and he told us exactly where we needed to go. He dropped us off at out hotel and Frank picked us up the next morning to take us to the ship. Frank was wonderful! He told us all about Port Canaveral and pointed out the launch buildings on our way to the ship. If we are ever in the area again, I would have no problem taking a tour with them.

The pickup was early and seamless. The driver accommodated by making a needed unplanned stop. We still made the ship early and stress free. He even gave a quick tour of the route and offered us with some advice.

We used Cape Canaveral Transportation for our transfer from Port Canaveral to MCO on the morning our cruise ship came in and our flight was to take us home. Frank Morgan and his team called and communicated extremely well and we had a very smooth pick up and ride to the airport in a very timely manner. The service was very good and it went well. Extremely satisfied with how it went.
