What To Expect
Vinh Trang Temple
Departing at 8:00 AM, from your Ho Chi Minh City hotel, heading to the Mekong Delta by minivan or bus. During the 1.5 hour drive, pass by green rice fields before arriving at the beautiful rural My Tho. Along the way, we will visit Vinh Trang pagoda, the biggest pagoda in the Mekong delta. Continue to My Tho
My Tho
at the beautiful rural My Tho. Your morning trip continues from here by motorized boat on the Tien River to the Qui (Tortoise islet). On the way, see the fishing port, boat-building workshops, and the Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn Islet. Walk into the village, where you can visit a local fruit garden and enjoy the tropical fruit while listening to Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by islanders. Here you also can join the daily activities of the local people and take in the atmosphere of this beautiful natural countryside. Visit the bee house, and take the picture of the pythons. Lunch will be served right in the heart of the orchard garden. The boat cruise will lead you through Bao Dinh canal, entering Ben Tre province.

5.00We had an amazing experience on our Mekong Delta Full Tour with our guide, Jen. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and our little boy grew very fond of her throughout the day. Jen went above and beyond, helping us take great photos and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. We had a private limo transfer from our hotel, which was spacious, air-conditioned, and had reclining seats with built-in massages. Jen even brought along drinks and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was a fantastic day exploring the Delta. Perfectly organised, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would 100% recommend this tour (and especially Jen!) to anyone visiting Vietnam.

5.00Had a great one day trip to Mekong Delta led by the adorable guide “Bunny”. She made the whole day fun and everything ran smoothly. My daughter has a severe nut allergy and coeliac disease and Bunny made sure that the restaurant made Zoe food specially to keep her safe. She was brilliant company and I can highly recommend her to any fellow travellers!

5.00We did this tour with a fantastic guide called Bunny. She was very informative, and had a great sense of humour. The tour was good too with lots of fun aspects like picking your own coconut for a drink, holding a snake, tasting snake wine, feeding crocodiles and learning about a Buddhism. Fun day for all ages.

5.00Had a great time on this trip. We met our wonderful guide Bunny who looked after us the entire day. Full of interesting information she took us through the tour providing a great day of sights, sounds and tastes! One of our family has severe dietary restrictions but Bunny sorted all of this liaising with all the food operators ensuring we had a great trip. Definitely worth going - and ask for Bunny!

5.00We had a fantastic day exploring the Mekong Delta! Our guide, Ni, was absolutely wonderful. She spoke excellent English, shared fascinating stories and was incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Her friendly personality and sense of humour made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Doing the tour privately gave us the freedom to explore at our own pace and really take in the beauty of the environment around us. Highly recommend this tour and Ni as a guide!
