This tour is very suitable for all people who loves to visit the rural area of the Mekong Delta in Southern Vietnam. You will be visiting some attractions like: Vinh Trang temple, Visit My Tho and Ben Tre where are the heart of the Mekong Delta region. Cruising on the motor boat along Tien River, paddle along the small canals on a rowing boat.

What To Expect
Vinh Trang Temple
Around 7:45am. Get picked up from your hotel in center of Ho Chi Minh City and head to the Mekong Delta. During the 1.5 car ride, we will pass through by green rice fields before arriving at the beautiful rural My Tho. The first stop is Vinh Trang pagoda. It is the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta region. You will be guided to explore the most beautiful, ancient and significant temple in the Mekong Delta. This religious landmark dates back to the 19th century and features a harmonious fusion of Vietnamese, Khmer, and Chinese architectural styles.
My Tho
Head to the nearby pier, where you'll board a traditional Mekong Delta boat for a scenic cruise on the Mekong River. You will pass by the Turtle, Dragon, Phoenix Islets and arrive at the Unicorn Islet. As you embark on this journey, you'll be captivated by the lush greenery and bustling river life. Continue your exploration by riding a traditional sampan boat through the narrow waterways with coconut palms lining both sides. This up-close experience allows you to appreciate the unique ecosystem and local way of life. Stop at a bee farm, savor honey tea, taste local fruits and enjoy traditional music performed by the villagers and learn about the daily life of the locals. Enjoy a local lunch with Vietnamese dishes (vegan food available)

5.00This didn’t feel like a typical “checklist” tour. Instead of rushing from one attraction to another, we had time to observe daily life in the Mekong Delta. Beo had a genuine passion for sharing his culture, and that made the whole experience feel more authentic.

5.00During the canal boat ride, there was a moment when everything was completely quiet except for the sound of water and birds. It felt incredibly calming. Beo didn’t rush us and let everyone enjoy the scenery at their own pace. That moment alone made the trip worth it.

5.00We were picked up from our hotel within the prescribed time in a very comfortable van with 6 tourists only, which included ourselves. Immediately our guide (Bac) made a great impression. His English was exceptionally good, his description of our tour was well explained. The entire tour lived up to expectations enabling us to experience and be enlightened on the history, culture, activities and sites of the region, I can only speak very highly of this tour, guide, and driver.

4.00Our guide Theo was so funny and soo communicative. He has a great knowledge about every country and all members of our the group feel very cared. :) Attractions are typical for touristic places. Many people and many tips. The only thing that bothered me about this trip was that the man on the boat, after receiving the tip, said it wasn't enough and kept asking for more, even though it was just a tip and the ride was included in the price. Another drawback was the food. They bring it to your table, and afterward, you find out you're paying an exorbitant amount for crocodile meat (looked like a chicken). But in general I recommend to take a part in this trip and taste a small part of Vietnam. You can come back changed after drinking snake juice (Theo is a really funny guy, his sense of humour was great)
