The tour provides what it promised. I liked the food tasting. Otherwise I think there are better ways to spend one day of your Vietnam trip. Note that the small row boat trip is not in a nature environment, but in a narrow canal that goes between crop fields and the backyard of private houses. This is not obvious in most photos, which only show the first line of palm trees on the sides of the canal.

Today was truly a memorable day as we explored the beautiful Mekong region in Vietnam. Our journey took us through the famous Mekong Delta, including visits to Unicorn Island and Coconut Island. Each place had its own charm and offered a unique glimpse into the local culture and lifestyle. What stood out right from the beginning was how clean, well-maintained, and organized everything was — especially the roads leading from Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong. The scenic journey itself was peaceful and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Bao, was excellent throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, shared interesting insights, and made sure the entire group was comfortable and well-informed. His friendly nature and knowledge added a lot of value to the experience. The travel arrangements were also very good — the bus was comfortable, and the entire itinerary was well-planned. From the boat rides to exploring the islands, everything went smoothly without any hassle. The food and drinks were enjoyable, and we also had a great time shopping for local items. One of the most heartwarming aspects of the trip was interacting with the Vietnamese people. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful and fulfilling day — a perfect mix of nature, culture, comfort, and great company. Definitely an experience to remember!

This wasn't a luxurious experience, but it delivered on its promises. The scenery was beautiful, and thanks to Beo, it felt quite authentic. The transportation could have been a little more comfortable, but it wasn't a major issue.

The day was nicely balanced between activities and downtime. The canal ride was especially calming. I enjoyed learning about local life without it feeling too heavy or academic.
