Cruising on the motor boat along Tien River, paddle along the small canals on a rowing boat.

What To Expect
Vinh Trang Temple
Around 7:45am. Get picked up from your hotel in center of Ho Chi Minh City and head to the Mekong Delta. During the 1.5 car ride, we will pass through by green rice fields before arriving at the beautiful rural My Tho. The first stop is Vinh Trang pagoda. It is the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta region. You will be guided to explore the most beautiful, ancient and significant temple in the Mekong Delta. This religious landmark dates back to the 19th century and features a harmonious fusion of Vietnamese, Khmer, and Chinese architectural styles.
My Tho
Head to the nearby pier, where you'll board a traditional Mekong Delta boat for a scenic cruise on the Mekong River. You will pass by the Turtle, Dragon, Phoenix Islets and arrive at the Unicorn Islet. As you embark on this journey, you'll be captivated by the lush greenery and bustling river life. Continue your exploration by riding a traditional sampan boat through the narrow waterways with coconut palms lining both sides. This up-close experience allows you to appreciate the unique ecosystem and local way of life. Stop at a bee farm, savor honey tea, taste local fruits and enjoy traditional music performed by the villagers and learn about the daily life of the locals. Enjoy a local lunch with Vietnamese dishes (vegan food available)

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful day, with our tour guide Harry. Everything was perfect, from pick-up to drop-off. Harry was very funny and kept us entertained with trivia. The tour was very well organized, and visiting the islands was a highlight. The food and snacks were delicious and they made arrangements for guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Thank you for the amazing adventure!

5.00Had a great Mekong tour with Kai. He was super friendly, approachable, and very attentive throughout the day, always making sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The tour itself was enjoyable with many interesting activities, though it felt a bit commercial at times. Overall, I’d give the tour 4 stars, but a full 5 stars for Kai for his excellent guiding and positive energy. Highly recommended if you get him as your guide!

5.00The tour was really fun but the guide Nelson made it so worth it. He was so friendly and informative. We did so much in one day! Definitely would recommend if you have some extra time in Ho Chi Minh. Got some really cute photos and souvenirs like fresh honey and candy.

5.00Our guide Nicole did a fantastic job guiding us to the Mekong ably assisted by safe driving from Mt Phong. It was a nice paced tour starting with a visit to the Buddhist pagoda complex , then on a boat visiting a couple of islands on the Mekong delta. We learned allot about the history as Nicole was very informative with a good sense of humour. We also sampled a number of local foods along the way, and had other activities riding on local transport including a canoe through the coconut forest, visited local market places, had a lovely lunch, and a bicycle ride around one island.
