Very rushed activities. Very short trip Lunch was pretty bad too. Nobody ate much, and drink was on your own dime. Some advertised activities weren't even offered. The good thing is it was short, as we arrived back in the city at 4:40 pm

The Mekong Delta tour was amazing! We explored the lush waterways, visited local villages, and got a real taste of life along the river. The boat ride was peaceful, and the cultural stops were fascinating. A must-do for anyone looking to experience the authentic charm of Vietnam’s countryside!

Han was an amazing tour guide and was full of energy and knowledge. I appreciate her enthusiasm and eagerness to share her culture with us. I felt so immersed in Vietnamese culture and I cannot wait to revisit beautiful Vietnam. I highly recommend this tour to anybody.

Our guide spend more time in the shops than showing us around. We were not forced to buy anything but a few of us in the group we forced to wait around whilst the guide took the tour group to shops. where I'm sure he got commission from. Also it seems lunch was intentionally delayed to 2:00pm so we spent more money to buy snacks and drinks from aforementioned shops. A lot of time wasted. Overall an average experience. Beware of the sampan boat tour, the rowers were repeatedly asking for a larger tip than what we offered them for a 20 min ride (70k VND).

The tour is fantastic and shows all the best things about the Mekong Delta: the bees and the honey, fruits of any sorts, traditional music and a canoe ride. The pagoda was beautiful too. Mingo our guide, is full of energy, funny and really informative from the very beginning he was explaining the geography and history of the area. Really recommended!

Vietnam Adventure Travels was easy to deal with, professional, reliable and good. We had a great guide for our tour, Joe, he made the day fun and organised the large group well. We are independent travellers and normally don't go on organised group tours, but as we only had limited time, we decided to have a taster of the Mekong Delta for the day. It was easy and followed the nice itinerary with the honey tea, fruit, musicians (traditional music), coconut sweets making, etc. Of course all geared for the locals to try and sell their goods to the tourist (not by pressuring you though). There were various tour groups at each location and although there were a lot of people, it was well organised and we didn't have to wait anywhere. The lunch was delicious too. The locations we went to were a short distance from each other by boat on the busy main Mekong River. We didn't travel far from My Tho. I enjoyed the day, but have to go back some other time as I felt going to My Tho wasn't deep enough into the delta to 'get off the beaten track' and really experience the delta. I enjoyed the small rowing boat on the canal, but was disappointed that it was only very short. It would have been better if this could have gone a bit longer and further into the smaller canals. But I do understand that time and distance from HCMC for a day would not allow this. If you are after a little taster of the delta and/or a fun day out of HCMC, then we recommend booking this tour. However, don't expect to see too much of the delta and rural areas.
