What To Expect
You'll be up in the sky for approximately 1hr. You will fly over/around Melbourne and surrounds, however it is fully dependent on the wind direction so we cannot guarantee a flight over the city. Every flight is unique!

5.00Thank you to the team at Global Ballooning Australia for providing such a fantastic experience. Words cannot express how wonderful it was to be floating above the Melbourne CBD. And, even though the clouds rolled in, watching the sun come up over the clouds was an unforgettable experience. This has to be one of the best ways to start a day!

5.00Wonderful experience from begining to end! Go Go Go you won’t regret it! All the staff are great, professional & kind & fun! Balloon ride was just magical! So calm , peaceful, beautiful, gentle, hard to believe that you’re flying over a major city & CBD!! But lovely to be low enough to wave to people & high enough to float over the CBD! Fantastic experience & would go agin in the morning(if I wasn’t back in Ireland!) Thanks for a great experience especially Eddie & Bronni 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️

Our pilot Pato and his colleague Lily were extremely professional, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Flying over Melbourne at sunrise was simply wow, the views were breathtaking. Without a doubt, this is the best organisation for a hot air balloon flight. Highly recommended!

We were picked up from our hotel in the early morning, which made everything seamless and stress-free. One of the highlights was being able to help with setting up the balloon before take-off — it made us feel involved and added to the excitement. The one-hour flight itself was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sunrise views over Melbourne CBD and the surrounding areas. Floating peacefully above the city as it woke up was something I’ll never forget. After landing, we also helped pack the balloon away, which was a fun and unique way to finish the experience. The crew was professional, friendly, and made safety a clear priority throughout.
