  Had a great time with our guide Alexs (or was it Aleks.... i remember looking at it and thinking a unusual name by my experience) being both knowledgeable and at times funny but what really impressed us was her willingness to give us ideas when a tour with another provider fell through at last min, that im my book is above and beyond and deserves high praise 👏. The tour itself was informative and we where given enough time at several locations to get a feel and go back later to experience it properly. We took the tour as a way to get a feel for the area and to give ideas of what to go back and experience at our own pace, this fit the bill perfectly 👌 the bus looked old but since i have no knowledge of aussie vehicles (uk person here!) I could be totally wrong and it was brand new lol, either way it was clean, comfy, felt safe and she drove it impeccably dispite me being a little nervous of the way others where driving (seriously i thought i was in london or new york the way everyone was beeping!)

  We had a fantastic tour of the city made even more special by Robbo’s knowledge and sense of humour, would recommend the tour to all hoping they get him as their guide , much appreciation from the 4 Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 sisters.

  Tour Guide Lisa is so good that we booked with her again for Penguin Parade the same day. Her narration enhances the experience. Her friendliness is a bonus. “Go West” is the choice to make for tours in Melbourne.

  Our guide was Aleks and she is very friendly and gave us lots of information. It was fun. One more thing thanks to Aleks, my iPhone slipped out from my pocket when I got off the bus. When I called Go West, she had already reported I left my iPhone on the bus. Fortunately I went another tour with Go West today, The driver gave me my phone this morning. Thank you so much!!

  This was a great trip to do on your first day in Melbourne. A quick drive around all the key sights to plan the rest of your trip together with a few stop off points. Robbie was very knowledgable.

  Ben was an exceptional guide. He had a wealth of historical knowledge of Melbourne and also many quirky and funny stories which made this excursion very memorable. My most loved stops were St Patrick's Cathedral (breathtaking, gothic), War Memorial which was very moving and Fitzroy Gardens Conservatory which were spectacular in spring. And not to forget the laneway covered in very interesting graffiti. Do yourself a favour and join this 3.5 hr tour... you will not be disappointed. And if Ben is your guide, that would be a bonus.

  Absolutely enjoyed this Melbourne Highlights trip. Ben collected us near the Immigration Museum and we spent the next 3.5 hours learning about the history and interesting back stories on the many sites were visited. The War Memorial was particularly interesting and very moving to hear the stories about the young Australians who joined the First World War. Fitzroy Gardens were beautiful, particularly the Conservatory which houses numerous exotic plants and ferns. We stopped briefly at the MCG but there was a lot of activity as the AFL Final was in 2 days. Visited Saint Patrick's Cathedral. I was speechless when first entering this church. I have never seen another church like this in Australia. It is beautiful, Gothic and a must see for any visitor to Melbourne. Our guide Ben was very knowledgeable, with many quirky stories from the early years of Melbourne history. Ben is a great guide and I would love to book him for my next excursion in Melbourne.
