Yering Station
Yering Station, founded in 1838, is the first winery in the Yarra Valley and one of the most representative wineries in Australia. With traditional winemaking techniques and advanced winemaking equipment, the winery has produced several classic wines that are highly recognized in Australian wine ratings. Yarrabank, produced in collaboration between Yering and French wine merchant Champagne Veuve A. Devaux, is a particularly famous vintage sparkling wine.
