5.00HAVE TO DO!!! Samira was amazing!! So knowledgeable on anything and everything coffee. I came out of this experience feeling very educated on coffee and how to make the perfect cup. As well as what coffee I’m more interested in. We tried all four methods and it was fantastic. The chocolate pairing definitely made the experience. We also really enjoyed how she sold local Mayan honey and local pottery as well. 10/10 would recommend this experience to those coffee lovers or those that just like to learn :)

5.00We had an AMAZING experience with Samy. We had previously done her mezcal tasting experience a few years ago and loved how personalized and engaging it was. We learned about specialty coffee tasting and production and tried 4 different coffees, all from an award winning organic Mexican coffee farm. The coffees were paired with delicious local chocolate. There was also multiple coffees beans, chocolates, and mezcal available to purchase after our experience. Samy is such a wonderful educator and we felt like we learned so much and were excited to explore this new passion for coffee further. Thank you Samy!

5.00I thought I knew about coffee and chocolate until this event. Sammy educated me on the different types of coffees, processes to prepare them and all the ingredients that made this event so tasty. Especially when you pair it with fine quality cacao treats. I would definitely recommend this palate adventure.

5.00The aromas and flavors were amazing! It was such a nice experience. Super relaxed and I actually learned a lot, everything tasted so good, and you could tell Shamira really cared about the products and loves guiding the tasting. I went out of curiosity and just for the love of coffee, and honestly, I ended up enjoying the moment more than I expected 🫶🏻
