Lịch Hoạt Động:Departures every 30 minutes from Stop 1 (Bayside Marketplace) starting at 9AM until 4PM. Alternatively, guests can board the bus at any of the stops along the route. Customers are advised to visit the Big Bus website or to download the Big Bus app to see the most up to date bus stop locations and timings. For live bus tracking on the day of travel - please download the Big Bus App in advance of arrival.

Stop 6 - North Beach/Fontainebleu & Lexington Hotels (metro bus stop in front of the Lexington Hotel)
Stop 7 - Design District/Midtown (metro bus stop located right beneath the overpass/bridge)

Stop 9 - Downtown/Holiday Inn (metro bus stop near corner with NE 3rd St, near Holiday Inn)

3.00Overall experience on the Big Bus tour was verbally good. The reason for the average score was the timings of the buses. They don’t really stick to the timings detailed on the website which makes planning with a two year old quite challenging, particularly in the oppressive heat of Miami. The app is fantastic and gives you real time info on the buses however we only realised this after we’d missed the first bus at one of the stops. We also noticed that three buses seemed to run about 10 mins apart with the fourth lagging about 40 mins apart. The actual tour and descriptions are great. Informative and delivered in an engaging way so full marks there. Definitely worth a trip if you like your bus tours.

3.00Was Nice to hear and see places we haven't been before. We just did not have enough time to actually hop on and hop off. Our tour was running late and if we would have gotten off we would have missed our plane. The person that met us at the ship at the exit his name was Chris. He didn't awesome job. He even got on the bus and explained things to us even though I think he was a little stressed out because we were all running so late

5.00Great way to experience downtown Miami before or after cruising. Met the bus at the port where Chris and Jose were ready and waiting for us. Great option for holding luggage while the bus takes you sight seeing where you can hop on/off at your own pace. Highly recommended. Great value for the price!

1.00The bus ran despite a defective air conditioning system. Due to severe thunderstorms, everyone had to go inside. The windows fogged up at 35 degrees, and you could see nothing anymore. The driver even had to leave the front door open so he could see the road! An imposition, no information, no apology, nothing. In Washington, the tour did not fare glamorously either; the buses did not stop at the pickup stations!

3.00The daytime tour was eh. The nighttime tour SO WORTH it!! The tour guide was energetic made it so much fun plus you get to see Ocean Dr with all the lights.

1.00Horrendous experience never to be repeated! Took 2.5 hours to complete what should have been 20 minutes to the first stop. With baby in tow no ac inside and outside no cover, creating a loose loose situation in 35oC heating, tour operators informed us this was not an issue with full ac and continuous movement. To top it off a service that allegedly runs every 30 mins on return did not show up for 1.5 hours again in burning heat with no satisfactory cover
