The big red bus was something of a bust !!! first the good news – the audio tour was very good with a lot of information about the whole Miami area. The jacks for the audio tour are a little difficult to find as they are underneath the volume control area. Multiple languages are provided. The concept of hop on hop off in general is very good as you can spend a lot of time in areas that you would like to. And now the bad news – first of all do not be waiting for the last bus of the day it departs at 4 o'clock from Bayside. Interestingly, we were waiting for buses from 3pm on at the South Beach stop and none came till the 4pm bus which showed up at 4:30pm. The take home message – do not take a late buses close to the final 4 o'clock time as the traffic gets very congested and things become very delayed. I would suggest going early on the buses and getting your tours done by 2pm. The second tip I have for you is on hot days. You will have to put up with sitting up top so that you can get a breeze despite the sun, as if you sit below inside it is a virtual sauna. The buses have no air-conditioning and the windows do not open. It's stifling at best.

The commentary on the bus was awful and very poorly thought out we passed many old interesting looking buildings but rather than tell us about them, we were told about the new one next door or which celebrities had bought properties nearby and how much they had paid.

It was a great experience. The bus arrived on time and took us round South Beach and downtown. We had a great time on the topless bus.

We booked this bus tour through our cruise line as a convenience option to see Miami, store our luggage and shuttle to the airport. It took forever to actually leave the cruise terminal on a bus with NO AIR CONDITIONING in Miami at 100°. We sat forever in a hot bus with no explanation. When we finally got to the first stop the female attendant was very rude to some patrons trying to get in the bus by telling them it was full when it was not. We decided it would be best to only get off one time to we got off in Wynwood. Stop #7 of 9. We strolled the beautiful neighborhood admiring the murals and had a great lunch. We headed back to the bus stop only to wait 50 minutes for a bus that never came. We ultimately hired a LYFT to take us back to get our luggage and to the shuttle to the airport. It cost us $80 each (there are three in my party). The entire experience felt very disorganized, the employees seems unaware and could have cared less. Big ol waste of $80. DONT DO IT!

We were picked up on time, but the ride was miserable!! 100 degrees outside and NO air conditioning in the full bus!! The bus was tour itself was informational, but couldn't be enjoyed because it was so HOT!! What made it even worse was the driver was sitting in the lap of luxury with air, but wasn't concerned about the passengers and NEVER apologized for the lack of air conditioner! Very disappointed in this purchase!!

Before you book this be aware that none of their buses have air conditioning. The drivers had it but none of theirs buses do. What a waste of money. They don’t tell you that when you book either.

This tour is not really helped because Miami is not very worth seeing. there are only a handful of stops and it is difficult to determine where we get off because the stops are a lot about hotels and about shopping. But the tour is also poorly executed. Buses run very irregularly and there were also too few buses for the number of tickets sold. At Bayside it even became comical: we had to wait a while until we went on, then still change to another bus that left even earlier than indicated. Messy and not comparable to this kind of tour in other cities. Too bad.
